Hotel was conveniently located to the highway and a petrol station. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was very good, and even when breakfast was busy, plenty of food was available. Disabled parking was available, and parking was free.

The bathroom had clearly been upgraded at some point, but was in dire need of a further upgrade. I am an ambulant wheelchair user, and could not easily access the high-sided bathtub for showering (and my husband had to help me get out). The plumbing was ancient, and one of the pipes got so hot that I was lightly scalded on one thigh when I accidentally touched the pipe while trying to turn around. The room was not as clean as it could be (needed to be dusted, for example). While we would consider staying here again on the basis of the staff and the room in general, the state and functionality of the bathroom means that we will not be booking at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the ferry and downtown. Has excellent parking in the front outdoors and it looks to be secured. The check-in was the breeze or don't we got in at 10:00 p.m. there was a receptionist and it took 3 seconds to check in. The rooms are very good size and super clean and the mattress is very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like is the Wi-Fi connection was lagging and not connecting it seems to be doing that in every area of the hotel and not only on my device

For the price this was exactly what I was looking for and I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived late to the hotel there were no parking spots left. But I had a conversation with staff about it and we solved it together and I could park on the sidewalk. So be aware that that can happen but that the staff can help to find a solution.

I had booked a double room and a triple room on Booking.com, however when we arrived we were told that they had only booked us two double rooms and as such charged us an extra $25 CAD for rooms that were pre booked and paid for. The reason apparently is that they were having problems with the Booking.com and that I would have to take this up with my booking site. I didn’t feel like this was handled very well and didn’t appreciate paying more for something that was already booked.

Very good location, good parking space (included in your booking price), good breakfast (buffet)

6th floor or the rooms facing towards road side won’t be a good option when you have a tiring day/drive and want to sleep quietly, the vehicle noise will disturb you. So better get the rooms the other side not towards the road side. Got a broken sofa bed which was disturbing

Really friendly and nice staff. Nice vibe at the hotel. Very convenient to the downtown and parks(1,8km walk but a v nice walk!). For running in the morning it was perfect. We had a dog and they were great and there is a dog park across the street! My wife used the gym and it was new and had a great view.

The outside is a bit ugly but oh well!

The rooms were clean and comfortable.The best thing is 24*7 reception availability.We reached the hotel mid night around 1 .00 am and we had a receptionist to give information,handover keys and guide us on the car parking.Nive hospitality overall.Nice breakfast and a free parking available.Locationnis quite close to the Ferry terminal which was an advantage for us

Great value for money. Breakfast selection was very good. Room was little, but ok for one night. Nice little fitness room.

The fold out bed (sofabed) for the children was very narrow and the metal frame was visible and the children could hurt themselves on it while sleeping. Because it was so narrow, we chose to have one of our children in our bed. (They are 7 and 9 years old)

Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Easy check in process. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. Stayed here with a family of 5 in two rooms.

It was difficult to control the water from going everywhere in the shower, but this was a minor thing compared to all the great things about the property.
