The hotel is pretty much as in the photos. The room was nice and clean, gym looked very nice. Very good parking facilities with a possibility to charge e-car.

We arrived on Saturday for 2 nights stay. One of the wow-things in their hotel is rooftop bar, but we were not told that it would be closed on Sunday, so we missed it. Also the restaurant was closed on Sunday, and we were not informed about that upon our arrival either. Would have appreciated the information on both of these, so that we had known that they need to be visited on Saturday night. The breakfast was ok, but not outstanding considering the hotel rating.

The location, public spaces, architecture, cleanliness, and staff were top-notch. The bus to Sofiero Palace and ferry to Denmark's Kronborg Castle, as well as the historic sights in Helsingborg center, were within a 5-10 minute walk.

The room was small for a twin, and my son and I had to push apart the beds, despite my specifying that we needed two; the bathroom didn't accommodate two people well; and our view was a close-up of an apartment building—not the coast—so the curtains had to stay drawn.

Very centrally located hotel with easy access to a lot of bars and restaurants and excellent water front views (if you get a room facing the water that is). The room was very clean and the lobby area had plenty of seating areas.

A lot of the facilities were closed (the lobby bar and the roof top bar) which was not advertised on their web page and was a bit of a disappointment. The bed in the double room was quite small for 2 people, which basically pushes you to upgrade (if you’re willing to give the extra money). Lastly .. the bed was way too soft for our liking ..

the location was perfect for us. The rooms and bed were comfortable, the showers perfect.

the breakfasts felt very stressful, so many people and it’s a noisy affair. An ok selection on savoury options which delighted me as i’m not keen to start the day with massive glucose spikes as it makes me tired as well as set up for a day of snacking… we were at Sea ai during the Easter holiday and to our disappointment and bewilderment nothing was open at the hotel on Easter Monday? Our thoughts would be that a hotel like Sea U always offered some kind of food and bar options regardless of day?

Breakfast, bathroom and location were excellent. There's a ferry terminal nearby if you want to cross to Denmark.

The only downside was the booking we had was for two single beds, not double. There was no phone in the room so we didn't bother to go all the way down to reception and ask for another room. We were exhausted after a 6.5 hr drive and it was only for an overnight stay.

Lovely room, lovely staff and lovely breakfast & food. It’s situated with a wonderful view and simply a great hotel.

2 things. 1. A safety box is more or less standard today in the world and hated that I couldn’t lock in my valuables. 2. As a hotel guest i find it annoying that we don’t get a discount at the parking garage when staying for several days.

The stuff are very helpful and try to solve the problem

The room in the beginning which is 726 is very cold with average temperature 19.5 and cannot adjust. And that room also have a very small window. After staying for 3 days, they changed me to a new room. That one is better. Please check the air conditioner in room 726.

Very impersonal but efficient check in and out, breakfast and overall stay. I don’t think I spoke to one staff member the entire time. The room and pillows and bed were glorious. Breakfast was not as wow as I read, everything was pre-bought nothing home made. Not even pancakes. At this price I’d like them to make pancakes and not just heat pre bought frozen ones. But I’m a food nerd. The restaurant AMA was 💯 hands down best in town you have to eat there soooo good!

No staff. Breakfast was from frozen or pre packaged. Not even the scrambled eggs were eggs, it was a package. Pancakes were bulk bought. Cheese all on one block with one butter knife for all different cheeses. Just could have done better. Room and pillows and sheets and balcony were all great.

Perfect placement. Many dining spots, and close to both the ferry and the city. Amazing breakfast and pleasant staff.

The windows couldn't open, which wasn't a problem, but it could get hot during summer time, hard to tell. We are upgrading to a room with a balcony, if we do visit again in the summertime

As most of the ones staying there were for the concert, the hotel should have thought about a transportation to the venue, even if there was an additional value. Also, the kitchen should work extra hours in days like that
