Breakfast was exceptional. It has been some years since I stayed in a hotel that had such an awesome breakfast. Classy, like the 'good old days' with table cloths and silverware, no plastic. The layout of the tables, the choices of the food, drinks and coffee. The atmosphere, no loud voices, a great place to wake up to and slowly get ready for the day. I enjoyed it very much.

With today's electronics we carry around I would have liked more electric plugs on the outlets Our room only had one outlet by the bed for one device. I do understand at the time the hotel was build there wasn't a need. It also wasn't a big deal and we adjusted. One thing I like to mention is a very good point for your hotel. I traveled a lot, to many countries and stayed in many hotels. The first thing I do when I enter my room is to check the bedside light. Many times the light bulb doesn't work!! A small thing, but yours worked and was bright enough to read by. That's major kudos in my book for your hotel and I know the staff knows what's needed. Thanks for a working lamp next to the bed:-)

The location right next to the Rosengarten is the best you can get in all of Bad Kissingen for the start of your day! The staff is very nice and helpful. You have to walk a bit to the different restaurants, but with all the beautiful more than hundred year old building and the parks it is pretty relaxing atmosphere!

The staff was very knowledgeable, very helpful to answer any questions! The breakfast was fabulous- there was something for everybody. The Brötchen were delicious and so fresh - everything was served with a smile!🌟!

Not too much parking spaces . But the view of the City and especially of the Rosengarten made up for so many things!!

Hotel in an excellent position overlooking the river and the rose garden. My room was large and the balcony had a wonderful view. Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Extremely good breakfast in spacious surroundings. Plentiful choice of hot and cold food with fresh fruit. I would certainly stay at the Bristol Hotel again.

The hotel corridors and stairs were in need of new carpeting, also in my room.

lovely hotel with great location to walk on foot to the city center. had a small balcony with view to the river. Breakfast was good and the hotel surroundings are lovely. would highly recommend

It would be a bonus for the hotel to have a small spa, sauna, swimming pool..

Good location in this pretty little town. Nice old lobby area with complimentary tea/coffee and snack. Good breakfast, good value for money.

The room was a bit stuffy but as soon as balcony door was open it was fine.

Great location, very friendly staff, big room with balcony, rich breakfast buffet.

The pillow was a bit too soft for me, but the bed was overall big and cozy.

Stayed with only 55 euro /night at such a traditional hotel. The staff is super friendly and The room was big enough for one person. But the best thing was the location, just in the center of the city.

The mattress of the bed is too soft. No bar facility. one small bottle of mineral water is free of charge in the room.

Great Location, spacious and well kept rooms, albeit a little aged. The staff was great, the atmosphere even more so. The breakfast relied a bit too much on convenience products but was plentiful and delicious.

The reason I said it did not meet my expectations was due to the fridge containing drinks being removed from my previous visit. You could take a beer or soda to you room and pay on a honour system.
