Asked for in advance, and got, the closest room to the elevator. The afternoon and morning clerks were friendly and efficient.

There was no clock in the room, so we had to check our phones for the time. The curtain had to be carefully adjusted since a tear on one edge made a disturbing outside light shine through. We did not bring either problem to the front desk. Toilet seats are just a bit too high for short people.

Breakfast, clean, reasonable price.

The receptionist at night was unprofessional and not friendly. Talked to me like I was stupid and had never stayed at a hotel before. Not friendly at all. I was there for training, which I do quit a bit. I work for the state of Alabama in a professional degree position. My husband travels with me when I go out of town for safety reasons. I was disappointed with this Comfort Inn.

Breakfast was nice and well prepared. The Location was awkward and NOT in the best part of town, but convenient to what we were in Montgomery for.

We arrived at 2:30 hoping to access our room prior to a concert we were attending. The Host informed us that the room would not be ready TILL 3:00, which we understood. We couldn't access our room until after 5:30 - which was very disapponting. The Host informed us that they were "at capacity" and needed extra time for cleaning.

Pricing and 24 hours for coffee.

The bed wasn't comfortable, the breakfast food choices weren't that great, same food every day, no choices of juices, fruits, not enough of choices. Need to have baked cookies or machine to buy snacks. Not enough parking, especially parking for handicap. Need additional elevators and swimming pool.

The location was great, the breakfast choices were good, and the bedding was nice and comfortable! The sitting, sleeping, and bathroom areas were all clean and welcoming. Barbara was quite helpful at check-in and check-out went smoothly.

I would have liked to have different meat/egg hot items served on alternating days. It was disturbing that the hot breakfast items were out at 7:30 am on 4/16/2023 and there was no sign of anyone around to check or replenish. The most inconvenient issue was the lack of anywhere to hang towels or toiletries in the bathroom shower/tub area. While I understand the problems with replacing constantly broken towel bars, something needs to be inside and outside of the shower curtain for hanging or placing items. Along with a few hooks, why not install actual grab bars inside and out for both safety and functionality?

The breakfast was good. Space was a little cramp for the number of people there.

The room was good. There were a few noticeable minor repairs needed: closet door had a hole in it, baseboards loose, and bathroom tiles loose.

Evacuated from Milton. The staff exceeded expectations in cleanliness and hot breakfast. They were very welcoming and kind to my parents and the grandchildren as well. Definitely would visit again, hopefully next time on a real vacation and not evacuation of storms.

The staff was very nice the lady that checked his end was extremely nice. Whoever put the breakfast for the morning of June 2nd did a excellent job to me The sausage links was not just thrown in a pan was sitting there neatly and so where the eggs soft biscuits for the gravy. The room was nice and a flat screen TV in the sitting area you also had another flat screen TV in the bedroom area. Excellent for the price

Even though it was a fence in between hotel and extended stay seems to be a little too close

the associates were great when you ask them something they went immediately neither got it or fix the situation.

it is older building and it has a little wear and tear but they still keep it as clean as they can and that doesn't bother me.

Not sure if anything can be done about redirecting the air flow of the air conditioner away from the feet, but not across the body or on the head. Prefer if you include turkey sausage along with pork sausage.
