We had 4 nights at this very charming hotel!! We absolutely loved everything about our stay here but most of all it was the people that make this place stand out above all else!!! Francesco was so kind and helpful!! He went out of his way to help us - recommended awesome restaurants and also booked them for us (plus we then got a discount at the restaurant)! We enjoyed our conversations with him very much (great sense of humour & a genuinely nice guy)! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly!! Loved the decor and also the set out of the rooms. Beautiful view from the balcony!! Included breakfast was great as well!! Close to everything! Francesco even drove us down to the port for our ferry ride to Bonifacio!! Thank you so much, we will always remember our stay in Santa Teresa Gallura!! Highly recommended!!!

Everything with Hotel Da Cecco was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, and they took a real interest in making sure we had the best stay at their hotel, and they even supplied us with great recommendations for what to do in the city and which points of interest to visit close by. Our room had an unbelieveable view towards the ocean, the bed was good, cleanliness was on point, and the shower was outstanding. The breakfast buffet had all you could wish for, and the coffee was served to you at the table. Location-wise, you cannot find a better place, as the hotel is right next to the main street in the city, while being just far enough away for you not to be bothered by other peoples noise in the city. When we come back to Santa Teresa Gallura, we will be staying here again.

We have just returned home from our stay as a family of 4 and wow what can I say everything was prefect from start to finish. All the staff were so lovely and welcoming and always eager to help with anything we needed. Special mention to the cleaners as the hotel is spotless. Francesco made us a reservation for the best restaurant in town and also gave us a lift to another beach as we hadn’t hired a car - thank you much appreciated ☺️. Breakfast was delicious and everything you could want with some hot and cold options. The local beach is one of the best in Sardinia and you will need to book a space 72 hours in advance using the website - the hotel can advise on this. Very clean room and beds very comfortable we were so impressed it’s one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect!

Possibly the friendliest Hotel we've ever stayed in! We arrived very early, so we're invited to have breakfast. All staff went out of their way to be helpful. We had drinks one night at the bar but they wouldn't take payment. They printed ferry tickets fir us. And they drove us to the bus station on the day of our departure. The room was beautiful with a great shower. The View from the balcony was stunning. 1 minute walk to the centre of town. Absolutely fantastic!

Minor points... - maybe a couple of glasses in the room for our drinks - a couple of small chairs on the balcony would be great

"Words of deep gratitude to the hotel owners. We were welcomed like family members. It is very pleasant to be in such an atmosphere of care and anticipation of any desire. The breakfasts are wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent. All restaurants, shops, and various cafes, ice cream places, pizzerias, and more are nearby. The best beach is just a 7-minute walk away. The hotel provides everything necessary for the beach. I would be happy if my review helps someone choose a hotel.

The location. It was walkable to everything and there was easy off road parking. It was very friendly and Francesco and the other staff were very helpful and kind. One night it was pouring with rain and it was asked if it was possible to book a taxi. We were immediately offered a lift instead and taken to the door of the restaurant we had booked. Not only that, my partner suddenly realised he hadn’t got his camera bag with him and phoned the hotel to ask if he’d left it at the bar or in the car. They checked those and then checked our room. There it was, the camera bag was safe and sound and they phoned to let my partner know! Nothing seemed too much trouble for them at the hotel. The breakfast was great - good selection of food including savoury and sweet and also some local food to try.

Very nice family owned Hotel where the staff always did the extra to improve our experience. The personal lent out their personal gear, under water cameras etc for us to use, which is unique. Lots of good recomendations on beaches and restaurants. Overall the Hotel exceeded our expectations, clean and exceptional people.

Thought we would have our own balcony, but was a shared terass. However, that was a minor thing and worked very well.

Great staff, heavenly service, we got everything we asked for, children were loved. The location is great. We got a large family room (but would have liked a sliding doors between the rooms). The breakfast was rich and tasty (perhaps there could have been a little more fresh fruits and vegetables).

I would have liked a kettle and a microwave in the hotel room, but we got a kettle when we asked. The hotel is a bit depreciated, but the decorations created coziness. Nothing negative to say, we got the best service in Sardinia.

Absolutely charming property in an ideal location! The views are gorgeous and equally wonderful are the staff who truly make you feel as though you are staying at a home away from home. Francesco went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with a terrific variety of options including local treats. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed. We chose to stay in a room with a view and were extremely happy with the lovely adjoining shared terrace.

Loved everything!

A beautully appointed welcoming hotel perfectly sited to take advantage of iconic views from St Teresa Gallura to Corsica. The best position for sightseeing and walking around the old town. Family run, there appears to be no inquiry too frivolous or need, neglected. Restaurant recommendations proved superior. The room and bathroom were a good size, comfortable, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was great and local foods featured, you can boil eggs too. As a couple in their 70s from Australia travelling without a car we were extended additional courtesies and advice for which we are very grateful. The family should be commended 😍
