Extremely friendly staff - especially the receptionist who helped us with a lot of issues! We had lost a wallet and he took contact to the police and other instances! Thank you so much! Nice small pool with good bar and friendly atmosphere!

Very surprised with the size and quality of the upgrade room we were provided with. Just a one night stay enroute from northern Greece back to Athens. Nice pool area, breakfast pretty good. Internet strength was great. Huge king size bed as well. On-site parking also.

Despite being told some food options would be on offer until 7pm, when we went down for something to eat just after 6pm we were told that nothing was available? Then forced to wander down the street to local supermarket for something to eat. No close eating options without driving. Also had difficulty finding the hotel because GPS indicated it was in a different location?

We stayed at Phillipos Hotel for one night on our way to Trikala and overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff was super kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything, from the front desk to the dining room. The hotel style is slightly dated, but everything was well-kept, comfortable and true to the photos. The pool looked beautiful even though we didn’t get a chance to use it since we had to leave the next day. Location wise, it was convenient. just a short walk to a supermarket and a great café. It's not right in the center, but with a car it’s very easy to get around, and parking was no problem at all.

Google Maps and Waze didn’t get the directions right and we drove around a few min before we found the place. keep that in mind when arriving.

We have spent a night at Hotel Philippos in Livadia on our way to Crete... we arrived late at night after an exhausting road trip, where the night auditor welcomed us on a very friendly and professional way explainining with every detail, what we needed to know about our stay!! We were upgraded to a superior room overlooking the pool and the beautiful surroundings. The bed was very confortable maybe the best we had in years!! Buffet breakfast was served the following morning, which we found very delicious. But the most wonderful thing about the hotel was its people !!Very gentle, polite and friendly, made us feel like home, even if it was for a night.. Many thanks to all of you and especially to Teti, Nikos and Sakis.. We will be back!! Vasiliki and Axel

It is some time ago when the hotel had its grand appearance. Many things need renovation, but it still has its charme - compared to an old elegant lady, who sees herself in her Twenties when looking into the mirror. The English translation of the fire safety rules in the room was hilarious. The most funny version ever seen.

Location (for our visit to Delphi from our holiday villa on Zakynthos), warmth, professionalism and courtesy of service from staff (cannot recall all names but in particular would mention Sakis - and a young lady - at Reception, and the lovely Archontia (spelling?) who oversaw every detail of her breakfast-empire! Close by is a well-stocked supermarket, coffee shop/pizzaria, and a little further traditional Greek taverns. Good value for money.

Cannot disagree with previous comments that certain aspects of the building look a little tired (but one can easily live with that); WiFi at times a little uncertain; aircon tried to work (it certainly made enough noise) but again fine for the two nights we were there.

The hotel is very good and beautiful. It has an open pool for those who travel in summer. The staff is really helpful and the breakfast suggested a wide variety of food.

The town is quite away from the tourist routes, therefore it doesn't have many places to eat or visit for enjoyment. However, as we arrived there for one night stay on our way to Athens, that was OK with us. We missed a shower gel in the bathroom.

Very nice staff, great pool, good breakfast... The location is far from everything (not walking distance) but close enough in a car... 5 minutes drive from the town center. The staff and the rooms were really great

An excellent hotel, very close to the family we were visiting and a short walk from the centre of Livadia. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff and very quiet at night. Rooms on the front have a wonderful view. Will definitely stay again!

The shower pressure is a bit low, and sometimes the temperature changes unexpectedly... on the 3rd floor, but it didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay!

The place was really nice and clean! The staff were helpfull and polite. The room was comfortable with A/C and TV included. Free breakfast made my experience in Hotel Philippos even better! Overall a very good choice to stay in Livadeia!

The hotel was a bit far from the city and I had to walk quite a lot but I personally didn't have a problem with that.
