was better than expected actually. Very close to the see, clean rooms (floor was cleaned properly, which is rare for such hotels), nice personnel

there is no infrastructure outside of a hotel, lobby of a hotel is huge and loud, which may be disturbing if you are noise sensitive when sleeping.

The hotel is very clean and looks brand new. Everything is very well organized. We've been there when it was fool booked and we didn't even feel all this amount of people. The Guest relations representative Sima was so helpful and nice! The food is great!!! Nothing to add! Very recommended!!!

Staff was super kind, polite, helpful, and hospitable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Variety and quality of food, snacks, desserts, and drink were amazing and awesome. Daily live shows were nice.

- Wifi coverage and speed were not good. - DJs were not professional. - Do NOT buy anything from the on-site market, unless you’re desperately in need. Super expensive, volatile price of simple grocery everyday(!). For example, we bought a swimming tube for €32 (which was still expensive thought). Later we tried to change it with a smaller one, which was €18. However, we were told no refund would be given, simply because the price changes everyday!!
