Lovely property with ocean views. superb staff particularly at front office but equally attentive and friendly across other departments from Security to FB, etc.. genuine hospitality. If you are adventured enough, plenty of local food stalls along the area to enjoy some traditional food in a very casual setting.

Although everything was in order i would personally suggest to purchase larger automatic coffee machine to service breakfast, particularly when busy since current unit available might not be sufficient at times. other than that, everything was great and will definately return.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very well equipped with toiletries etc. The Wi-fi was excellent. It was quiet and we slept well.

The chair in our room was very dirty. Our room card keys stopped working from time to time. Our laundry was not collected on one morning despite asking the front desk to collect it. We asked for an extra bed, and it was not delivered to our room. We had to chase it up. The staff have to pay a little more attention to guest requests.

Comfortable room in the middle of Kupang with wonderful view of ocean and sunset. Staff are very friendly.

The restaurant on the top floor plays the music so loud that you can’t actually eat there. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else but numerous people waiting out on the balcony asked if the music could be turned down and they said no. You had to yell at each other to have a conversation. The guests were standing there with hands over there ears. Nobody was in there eating at all. We all went across the road to eat. Request to stay on the lower floors as the music thumps through the floors below the restaurant.

The pillows were not too comfortable as it is too high and there was only one type of pillow. I decided to sleep without a pillow. The shower needs a waterproof curtain for privacy especially when you travel with kids or friends

We stayed here for our one night lay over on the way to Rote, and our one night on the way back. The staff provided excellent service, and our rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had dinner on the sunset deck and the food was good, well priced and the menu provided the usual Indonesian options. The buffet breakfast is awesome. The pool is nice, although it only has sun in the mornings.

The staff is extremely friendly and as a guest you are treated as a monarch. Even though it’s an Indonesian chain you feel that you are staying at a local hotel. Location is great and if you get a room with view to the sea you’ll be able to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.

Upon entering the room, it smelled of smoke, even though it said no smoking was allowed in the room. On the Booking.com map, the hotel was located by the beachfront, but it was located on the other side of the road. So the sea view rooms are on a busy street.

First of all the welcoming , smiling and helpful staff makes you feel appreciated. The building is nice, clean and well decorated. It is a gem among other places around having a look and layout that is topical of international hotels. The room was clean and beautiful with amazing views to the ocean and the market down across the road. Wry comfortable bed and a good selection of tv channels. Room service is fast and they have a good selection of food in the menu. The top floor sky lounge is very nice and also is the gym and swimming pool which I am very pleased it didn’t smell like chlorine like most swimming pools. The spa is beautiful and they are very professional. I couldn’t get the massage I wanted because we booked only 2 days before our stay. I recommend booking your treatment with plenty of time in advance.

Some parts of the building are a bit run down and would need a bit of renovation. I understand is a hard weather for buildings but having a clean tidy look makes the place more comfortable. Also I didn’t like that the mosque is only a few blocks away and you get wakes up by the prayers . Is not a big deal but my sleep would have been 100% good if it wasn’t just for that. But again, is something I respect and tolerate as it is.

The location, view from the room and cleanliness were great. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to accommodate my food allergy and anything else we needed. Gym was great

The pool was fine, but the area around it could be made more inviting. It needs lots of plants to hide the ugly building next door. Shame the pool isn't on the ocean side of the building. Everything else about the hotel was great though.

The hotel was in a convenient area where we could find good local restaurants and was beachfront. We drove around Kupang and from all the major hotels, this one seemed to have the newest amenities and best view.

We really did not like the food. The temperature or the way in which they keep the food at the buffets may be a bit problematic for westerners. There was a bit of mildew in the bathroom.
