Location.Lovely big room with swim up pool.Nice selection of food and drink.Enjoyed a lovely hammam.Lovely friendly staff

The very loud music at the pool all day.It was very noisy outside our room at night.The coffee at the coffee bar was luke warm.The relaxation area after the hammam was very chilly

The hotel offered a good opportunity for a night away while we needed to be in Turgutreis for the evening. This hotel did not disappoint at all with a beautiful reception and foyer area, a stunning outside pool, as well as an indoor pool and gym. The room was fantastic and everywhere was lovely and clean and the beach is immediately outside the pool/garden area. The buffet-style restaurant for the evening meal and breakfast was nicely presented and offered a large selection to suit just about everyone I’m sure. The staff upon checking in were helpful and very friendly during our short stay. To summarise, I would definitely stay here again and the hotel is absolutely excellent value for money.

For me, there was nothing I didn’t like.

Receptionist were very helpful and friendly. The sea view was beautiful and rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Food was lovely - huge selection to choose from. Beach literally 2 mins from The hotel with water sports available like jet ski etc.

Entertainment was ok.

Food had alot of variety and it was so delicious!!

We were disappointed by the food options, breakfast was reheated food from the night before. The rooms weren't cleaned daily. No gluten free options even though we were advised that they have it.

There were 2 things I liked about the facility. Firstly, the food is delicious. Secondly, the massage area was nice.

The rooms are very old. Cleanliness is at medium level. The sea is very bad. Always wavy and mossy. The pool is filthy. The bottom of the pool is full of sand and hair.
