big room with good size fridge and TV with separate dry and wet area in the bathroom, There is a food market just across the street to the left of the hotel with a variety of food and one of the sweetest pineapples, asked the lady who sells Pad thai for it!!

Though many foreigners may complain about breakfast but considering this is a local thai style breakfast with cereal, boiled egg and toasts at this price is a bonus! There is 7-11 nearby if you want something else!

The hotel is quiet and comfortable. A local bus from Surat Thani railway station passes right by the hotel, so you can save on taxi fare and get there for just 20 baht (though the ride is quite slow). Breakfast was generous, with a selection of hot dishes, eggs, toast, and coffee. The bed was also very comfortable.

The hotel is a bit far from the town center, but to be honest, Surat Thani doesn't offer much in terms of entertainment anyway.

Breakfast was minimal so we purchased fresh fruit and yogurt from Tops and used fresh coffee bags to enjoy in the room. If you enjoy a Thai breakfast there will be no need to arrive with your own preferences.

You need to get your drinks from the 7 11 around the corner …60 seconds away so everything could be found to enjoy the stay…there was nothing to “ not like”!

It was indeed a central location to all tourist attractions. We traveled all the from from Malaysia via road. It was a hectic trip, but checking in to this hotel for two nights was a relaxing moment. Basic facilities located all in walking distance from hotel. Staffs hospitality was good and managed to communicate with translator apps. They even helped to book a massage lady for us.

Good service and we get more than we paid. Breakfast is good, location is good, room is wide, and nice friendly service at front. It's beyond your expectation, I stay many hotel in Suratthani. Here is the best which I ever been at the good price.

Bed is a little bit soft

I only stay in Surat Thani for one night while passing through, and usually the accommodations aren’t great. Lee Hotel was a very pleasant surprise! Great value for money. Spacious and clean rooms with a great shower. Breakfast included was plentiful and had good protein options. 7/11 is close and many local places to eat good food for dinner.

My expectations were low as the prices are low. However, when I saw our family room, I was more than pleasantly surprised. Two big rooms, very clean, 2 comfortable double beds, sofa, and some more furnishing. Parking very convenient with lots of spaces near the entrance. 7 Eleven right across the street.

Breakfast choices a bit limited. Bathroom a bit dated. No pool. But consider at what price: This was easily the best price/performance ratio we had on our whole trip.

The Lee hotel is a modern style hotel,the rooms are big,the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean with hot water! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Thai breakfast was good bad I think you could add some fruits as well. Good value for money! The location is not the best one in surat Thani but the grab is about 80-90 baht to the centre or about 40-45 minutes walking distance

For the price this really exceeded my expectations- the breakfast buffet was really tasty and varied and the room was clean and comfortable. Nice check out time and perfect for my night after koh pg to get to surat thani airport

I like the location and friendly staff. Always helpful. Easy access to everything and to the hospital as well. I always stay here. Parking is safe and access is not difficult

They can change the menu for breakfast and give more options.
