Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money - we paid more for the executive suite one of the two times we stayed and that was worth it for the little living area and table that made it comfortable for a family to relax and eat a takeaway (no restaurant in the hotel). The staff were very helpful - they phoned the ferry company for us when we were trying to work out how the transport to Koh Samui worked. They were also very kind when our son wasn't feeling well. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but they do have tea and coffee in reception and space/crockery to eat a takeaway.

It is next to a bar/club that was playing music but we didn't notice once inside with the aircon on. It also wasn't in too late on the days we stayed.

It was a lovely, clean, fairly new complex. The staff were lovely. It was very reasonably priced and the room was a good size with twin beds. Nice bathroom. In the morning there were tea and coffee facilities and there was a toaster, bread, jam and sweetened condensed milk. They officially do not offer breakfast.

An amazing hotel: everything is new, clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed at an executive suite and it was a really spacious suite with a separate bedroom and a living room with an excellent wifi and all the necessary facilities. The location is perfect: plenty of restaurants and cafes around. All kinds of cuisine available nearby, perfect coffee, if you don't want to go to the restaurant you can order grab. Highly recommended!

We rented the executive suite we love the hotel, the location the price, the clean, nice and wonderful staff. next door is an excellent restaurant. The owners are very nice and friendly, and I recommend the calamari.! A must to stay while in Surrat

Second home staying at this hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable and super clean. The staff was super helpful, they helped us get ferry tickets and taxi to the airport. The hotel is located in a good area close to serval restaurants. Great hotel for a one night stay if you are going somewhere else.

Nice budget hotel with some elegance! Comfortable bed with clean linen! Good working AC and (big) fridge! Room is cleaned daily if wanted! Staff is friendly and helpful! Simple breakfast included!

Great hotel in Surat Thani, close to a restaurant in case you need a place to eat. The rooms were big and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the well kept. The bed was great and comfortable. We only stayed here for a night, as we were taking the ferry to Koh Tao. Highly recommend this place.

Very clean and modern. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. Could easily stay here comfortably for a week or two.

The staff were very loud in the corridors. This woke us up. The corridors and doors don’t keep noise out.

Large comfortable super clean rooms with city views. Complimentary breakfast was basic, but most appreciated. Receptionist staff were both friendly and helpful.

It's a big hotel with very decent, clean and spacious rooms with a little balcony (handy to dry clothes). Next door there's a fun cocktail bar, and the riverside and night market are within walking distance.
