Hotel location is very good just a couple mins walk to reach many restaurants. Their coffee shop inside the hotel was also a good one. I got coupon to get free drink when order their cake as well. Their staff was friendly, helpful and informative but we had minimal interaction since I stayed for only 1 night.

Their room design sacrifice outside view for a bigger bathroom, which is an odd choice but I think it worth it. The parking was a little limited.

Everything was clean and well cared for. We felt at ease. Some restaurants and cafes around, but depending on the time you might have to walk a few minutes. The breakfast was sufficient for a cheap price (Thai food and little western sweets).

The location was a bit outside the „centre“ (actually the port area) but not too far. Like this you explored local life here. You had to leave the bathroom door open for a bit more light (but you are able to air the room). For a two nights stay we didn’t get the water or toilet paper filled up.

Quirky Hotel, but with all you need. Room was comfortable, staff friendly, breakfast was good and they had free coffee and juice on the go all day.

Surat Thani train station is in the province of that name, but not the town. Unfortunately its a 20-25 minute taxi ride and, if like us, you're on a later train, don't expect to find a grab. Paying for the taxi meant an unexpected trip to an ATM, to deal with the unexpected deposit for the room key, which Booking.com had failed to mention.

Loved the monkey design, the room is big and comfy, wifi worked well, nice and helpful staff in the reception, and also the cleaning girl I'll stay here next time (it was my 3rd stay in Blu monkey)

Unexpected comfort in heart of city. If not huge luggage, walking distance from riverside and downtown bus terminal (Phantip). Cool design, amazing fresh coffee (even espresso), cold water and juice, and bananas/crackers available any time free of charge. If you’re an instagrammer, good photo ops. Coupon for bakery next door. Off of main streets so not noisy. Amazing shower with great hot water/amenities. Lots of shelf space and places to hang stuff. Good outlet locations in room. Good AC. HUGE comfortable bed.

No complaints as I was aware pre booking but note no view or balcony

The industrial style rooms were nicely decorated with all the necessity which you would find in a hotel (Fridge, TV, hair dryer etc). The room also has a table big enough to allow 2 to 3 people to have their meals at the same time. Rooms were big and clean. Bed was comfortable. What was nice was that there are all-day long complimentary coffee (coffee machine), orange juice and water with biscuits and bananas. Breakfast has quite a good spread.

This is a world class modern design hotel. The details are excellent and quirky. The use of space is very smart. We loved everything about it. They have complementary cold water, tea and coffee, biscuits, fruits, juices etc behind the reception, which add a bit extra to the hospitality. Its a nice gesture. They have a Bakery and coffee shop called Good cafe within the premises, which has excellent cakes. We tried a coconut cake, expecting it to be average and were blow away by how fluffy, decadent and non sugary it was. The overall experience was superb. The hotel is located close to the evening street food market which comes alive in the evenings. A place where it seems all of surat thani hangs out.

Only stayed for one night, but I enjoyed my stay overall. It's a nice modern and cute themed hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I loved that the shower gel smelled like bananas lol. Breakfast was good. And the bikes are amazing, it almost felt like I was riding a motorbike at times.

The staff wasn't very attentive or welcoming.

Very kindly put our booking back a day due to our transport problems! Good WiFi. Clean hotel and room. Comfy bed and pillows. Great shower and bathroom. Good aircon. Free tea, coffee, juice etc downstairs in the breakfast area.

Lighting in the room was a little dim. All the surfaces in the hotel are hard. Concrete, stone, metal so the sound of doors closing, shower doors sliding, room doors closing, chairs being moved, is amplified around the hotel. It's not too noisy but could be improved.

Super comfy, great hot water and internet, clean and lots of shelving space. Amazing fresh bean coffee all day (very rare for Thailand, especially Surat). Breakfast outstanding - fruit, eggs, rice soup, Thai dishes, salad, breads and sweets. Water and drinks all day. Quiet spot with parking if needed. Have been before and will return again. If travelling around, approx 15 min easy walk from Phantip travel.
