Great hotel, amazing staff, very clean and new, big rooms, nice pool, location might not be in the center but is right next to 7-11 and Lotus, few massage places, a small island nearby and street food market. Really couldnt fault the hotel. Has everything that you might need - laundry room, small (but enough) gym, swimming pool. We are going back in a few days, they were kind enough to keep our luggage. Keep in mind breakfast is Thai-oriented. i liked it but might not be for everyone.

Only point of improvement might be the coffee which seemed to be soluble and maybe few more (or nicer) sunchairs next to the pool

Staff were lovely and helpful . Room was comfortable. Walking distance to Riverside and park. 7/11 and Tesco lotus plus lots of eateries. Breakfast was fine ..mixture of Thai food, fruit, eggs, sausage and bread.. Swimming pool is handy.. For the price of this hotel you can't go wrong. Yes I would stay here again.

Needs some tlc.. rooms and parts of hotel are a bit worn looking. Only 5 loungers at the pool, it is quite a large hotel.

Modern hotel just over the bridge from the main Surat Thani area. Nice room and good bathroom (clean and hot water). Kettle, mugs and glasses but not tea or coffee. Very small balcony you couldn’t sit on. We stayed one night. Breakfast was quite poor; ok if you wanted Thai, eggs (all cold), toast and fruit was ok. Hire Next to 7/11 and Lotus; if you turn right past lotus the is a walk/bridge over to an island which is a pleasant walk. Also Crossroads/riverside restaurant is just around the corner and good.

For Thai standard the double bed was very small and as mentioned breakfast quite poor.

We felt that this is a good business hotel that had predominantly Thai guests. Walking distance are three nice places... a restaurant that has nice Thai dinner where we met several foreign people with Thai spouses; a market that has Thai food as you typically expect it 2 supermarkets (7 Eleven and a fresh market) Another "in" cafe restaurant that we did lunch in. If you are here on sunday...Not far with "Grab" (70 Baht ride) you can see floating market that had no European tourists. On Saturday, The shopping center "Central" impressed us as out side the entrance was a lovely night market with all local specialties and seating.

The hotel is quite modern. The staff is friendly. If you come by car, then you have a huge parking lot in front of the hotel. I think the nicest restaurant in town is in walking distance.

The hotel is too far away from the city center. If you want to walk there you have to cross a steep bridge with small pedestrian path. Difficult to get a taxi from there. Staff does not know where to buy boat tickets to Samui or the other islands. My room had a balcony, but the door was too narrow to put out a chair.

The breakfast was good with various Thai items and fried eggs, bread, sausage, tea, coffee, cereals, etc. The Thai food was different everyday and not much of repetition. The western food was more or less the same items almost everyday. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is fairly new and well maintained. The staff was very supportive and helpful. Lunch is also served in the hotel. Dinner: the options are to cross the bridge (which is less than 100 meters from the property entrance) and you can walk for 10 to 20 minutes to access various restaurants. There is one, on the river front, which is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. On weekends there are a few Thai local food restaurants (These are open for lunch everyday), within walking distance and these are tasty and cheap. There is a nice park "Ko Lamphu", which is about 7 minutes walk from the hotel. This is an island with facilities for walking, jogging, cycling, workouts, etc. This park attracts a lot of local as well as expats. I did use this place for my walks in the mornings. The parking lot for cars tend to get full as a lot of people do drive down to exercise.

Balcony: The balcony is very small (about 3 x 4 feet). Two persons on this balcony would be a crowd. Providing a small desk (for using laptop or to drink tea/coffee) wopuld enhance the value of the room. Also providing additional closet space/drawers for storing clothes would also enhance the value of the room.

So perfectly clean and modern! Great staff, nice pool, beautiful hotel. Coffee machine at breakfast with delicious coffee. Bed very comfortable, we slept like babies. And the room had a small balconie which is also a big plus.

Location - to go to town you have to cross a bridge (which is beautiful at night!) but not so convenient, especially if you are staying at the hotel with kids. Also breakfast could have more variety.

I am very grateful to all the staff for their hospitality, whatever we asked for they were always happy to provide and even checked us in early for free. Our daughter was constantly given gifts))))) Breakfast is excellent and my daughter did not really want Thai food and I asked every morning to make for her an omelette and the staff were kind always to make for us and her an amazing omelette. The hotel is very clean, not a single speck of dust and they very much look after the cleanliness.

Nice big bedrooms with comfy beds. Swimming Pool was good and we managed to get the only two sun beds there one afternoon. Good location - just cross the bridge to be In the town and 7/11 right next door. Didn't try breakfast but we enjoyed a peaceful stay here.
