It's a modern hotel not far from the waterfront. The waterfront has plenty of pop-up eateries in the evening and a big market on Saturday night. The room was large and the bathroom very nice. The room was cleaned everyday and there were coffee making facilities with bottled water. The girl on the reception/check-in was extremely pleasant and offered me an umbrella the one night it was raining. Breakfast was ok, which for me was toast and eggs although there seemed to be more Asian choices. There was also fruit, juice and a very good coffee maker.

We only needed to stay one night in Surat Thani before traveling to Khao Sok National Park. We debated whether the best option was to find a hotel near the airport or in Surat Thani Town. I'm glad we decided to stay at the Harbour Front Hotel because Surat Thani is small but lively. The hotel is next to the Night Market, which has multiple food and shopping options (clothes, nail salon, decorations, etc.).

The stairs were a bit scary.

Good Location to explore the Old Town of Suratthani. We had a Room on 5th floor and had a view towards the river.

Not really soundproof. Our Room was not towards the street so this was fine. But we could hear motors from the river and everything on the hallway and the coughing of the men in the neighboring room.

Typical large(ish) hotel, trying to be a bit up-market which isn't a bad ambition. The Manager was very helpful in getting me upgraded because I didn't want any noise from the bar next door. 10 minute walk to an excellent food market that is on every night. Good value for the quality of the hotel.

Some of the rooms towards the front of the hotel have windows that open on to a huge concrete wall so there is no natural light. Better to request a room with natural light towards the rear of the hotel.

Good location, working lift, washing machine and drying machine available at level 1, breakfast buffet spread is not big but basics are there and food was deliciously cooked. Room is clean and nice and big. I got the room with balcony facing the road. Night market is just across the street.

No slippers provided. No shower gel provided. Mattress is not too soft. Just these minor stuffs.

The room was spacious, with double bed and a 3 seats sofa.

The air conditioning is centrally controlled meaning that, although we asked at the reception to turn it off a couple of times, it was always on, which can be problematic for those with respiratory issues.

Great location, private parking garage, big and comfortable rooms. Good WiFi and shower. Nice breakfast.

The windows haven't been cleaned since the opening of the hotel, looks awful. Can't take the clothes hangers out of the closet. No safety box.

The price wasn’t he same on advertisement. No mention of the deluxe rooms on the website. I wanted a bathtub that was clearly in the pictures of the rooms but payed 500 baht more.

No discount for staying in a deluxe room two nights. I would have stayed longer

The breakfast wasn't particularly outstanding, but then again it is also super affordable. I mostly enjoyed the fact that the hotel is located within walking distance to many nice places and facilities.

Breakfast is good. Hotel location is superb. Staff Mr. Sin is very efficient and helpful.

There should be electric adapter plug converting Thai slit pin system to 3 pin UK system. Neighboring country like Malaysian use the 3 pins type. This will cater for foreigners electrical appliances like computers
