As a returning customer, I was already very satisfied with this hotel, and my recent stay only reinforced my initial impression. The room was spotless, equipped with all the amenities one could need, and the bed remains the best I have encountered anywhere in Thailand. The staff are exceptionally kind and quality-focused. Their English proficiency ensures a smooth and comfortable stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, with an excellent restaurant just around the corner and a laundry service located a mere 5 meters from the reception. Still a perfect place for transit purposes or longer stays, offering exceptional value for money and making this hotel a standout choice.

There really is nothing I didn’t like.

Excellent stopover in quiet backstreet. Great value for money. Huge comfortable bed and all modern amenities - controllable aircon, fridge, good WiFi, adequate power points. Helpful staff, assisted carrying big case upstairs, contacted ferry company regarding best transfer option and arranfed taxi. Suply of hotwater and free coffee etc in reception area. Suratthani is a big city so no location would be close to both (S) minibus station and ferry point. This hotel is on the right side of town for both. Two supermarkets nearby to buy own supplies for breakfast.

Nothing really, that's why we returned!

Highlight for us was the extremely friendly and supportive staff, esp. at the front desk. She helped us with booking a tour to Khao Sok national park, organized rides for us with the hotel cars - all super smoothly and friendly. Even on 31-12 in the afternoon, they brought us to our next destination when no taxi driver was willing to. Drivers were also very safe and calm (+super nice e-cars) and on time. When we ended our Khao Sok tour he was already waiting. Hotel room itself was clean and you have everything you need. Amazing coffee place close by, good food options and supermarkets around. Would come back to this place when in Surat Thani.

For the price I paid I wasn't expecting too much but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my stay was here. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, and great water pressure in the bathrooms. There's a 7/11 two minutes away, a nice restaurant just over the road, and the hotel arranged a car to take me to the airport (they can also arrange to pick you up from the bus station; don't do what I did and attempt to walk it lol). Overall I had a fab stay here and would recommend.

My only small issue was a lack of soap in the bathroom.

No nonsense budget hotel in Surat Thani town centre. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with a good shower and bathroom. We thought it was a bit odd to have a window between the bathroom and bedroom, but luckily there was a blind 😉. The staff were helpful, and we took advantage of their transfer offer to one of the islands. We thought that the hotel offered very good value, considering the low cost.

The room was spotless & comfortable & excellent value & fairly quiet location. There are several nice restaurants nearby for breakfast, brunch & dinner.

Although location is 10mins walk to Central Suat Thani town it is very far from the train station and the ferry to the islands. The hotel offered a good price for taxi to both places. The shower floor was dangerously slippy. It's just the type of flooring they have so just be aware.

Perfect place to stay for a night whilst travelling to/from the islands, well furnished and clean rooms with a nice bathroom too. Staff really helpful in booking taxis to help you get to your next destination. There’s not an awful lot in the area but there is everything you’d need for 1 night - a 7-eleven 2 min walk away, an amazing Thai restaurant just next door (earth zone) - an absolute must visit, and a nice park 20 min walk away to walk around and enjoy a coffee.

I stayed at this hotel for one night after spending several days in a hostel in Koh Phangan, and it honestly felt like a dream. After the hustle and bustle of hostel life, this place was the perfect retreat to recharge. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the hotel provided a level of comfort and calm that was much-needed. If you're traveling around and need a break, this hotel is a great choice

The people were lovely and super helpful. Worth noting that they can get you onward tickets to most islands and other sites - direct from their door which is really useful. The rooms are excellent with a massive and super comfy bed.

This isn't an issue really but it's not right in the middle of town but there are some lovely places nearby - great cafe over the road and a super coffee shop just round the corner.

New building, location, very clean, very friendly, cheap and probably the best bed in Thailand I’ve ever slep in. This place is just perfect and too good to believe for this price. Strongly recommended!!!! Note: Contrary to what is mentioned in some other reviews, in my personal experience interacting with the staff, their english was more than adequate. It might sometimes be a team effort but all my questions where answered in a correct and precise manner.
