We only stayed one night as we flew here from Bangkok and landed quite late then set off early to Khao Sok so we didn't see the local area on what was close to this hotel. But the room was very clean and spacious and came with a fridge and kitchen sink and a decent size bathroom, the bed was firm but we had a good rest. The only thing I can advise on is the sliding door into the main building makes a very loud grinding noise and if people were to use it when you are asleep it could disturb you, apart from that door, it's a great value hotel with a lovely host and I highly recommend it, thank you ☺️

Good location close to the market which is open very early and serves food and coffee. Also close to the athletic stadium and park which is a nice place to run. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Lots of dust in the first room I stayed in. It looked very clean but I have dust allergy and very sensitive. When I looked under the bed, it was loaded with dust. I cleaned it myself and then it was fine. I’ve noticed this before. It is quite common that people do not clean underneath the bed or behind the refrigerator or television, etc. otherwise it was very clean.

Coffee and hot water at the entrance, great Aircon, a fridge in our room and soap and shampoo supplied in the bathroom which was great!

We found there wasn't a lot to do in the area without a moped, there was a 7-11 about 20 minute walk which was okay, the beds weren't too comfortable for my partner but I slept okay. The pictures do seem a little outdated as it definitely seems slightly more run down than the pictures imply but still a really decent stay with great facilities.

Very unique stay We stayed in 3 containers Amazing Thank you 🙏🏻 We landed and it was a monsoon for 2 days Was like camping x10 but with bed shower etc Koi pond Excellent experience Everything needed is quite local though it feels in middle of nowhere and secluded 👌🏻

There was nothing for us not too like 🤷🏻‍♂️ We booked it for what it was and it didn’t disappoint Thank you 🙏🏻

I cannot say much about the property as I didn’t end up staying due to being a mix up with my booking. But what I can say is the staff are 100% some of the nicest people I’ve met! They were very apologetic when I arrived after 10pm and helped me arrange other accommodation for the evening at no extra cost to me. They transported me there, fed me and also collected me in the morning so I wouldn’t miss my prearranged travel! If I’m passing through Surat Thani again I will definitely stay at Amazon Resort purely based on how genuine and warm hearted the owners were. Kub kun kah 🙏🏻

It was a lovely place and staff were lovely. We didn’t know much about Surat Thani so ended up booking this place. Honestly it wasn’t bad at all. If you travelling for couple nights just get one of the container room which is 499 baht. Air con worked well, room was clean water worked and had a lovely little balcony facing the fish pond. It was bit far way from the central but with grab go taxi or bike takes only 5 min. We enjoyed the little quietness outside the town. Honestly was happy to stay there and support the local Thai.

Nice quiet location yet less than 10 minute walk to shops etc, we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace on an evening, next to the many fish and feeding them, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were very polite and friendly.

The mattress was very firm but this is often the case in Thailand and we still slept comfortably.
