Nice small hotel, super friendly staff! We had the family room. Nice separated room for the kids with 2 single beds and there was a super big double bed in the mail room. Everything was super fresh and clean. We arrived late and the lady from the restaurant River Chills Food & Drink around the corner served us a super great take away meal for in the room (really recommended)

The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable and the bed linens were high quality. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout.

Our water stopped working when we were getting ready to check out, so we could not shower before leaving. The staff were very helpful and started working on the problem immediately, but we were advised that it would take 30 minutes to fix. We could not wait an additional 30 minutes, as we had to catch the boat. This was not the fault of any of the staff and could have happened anywhere.

Amazing place for a couple of nights before heading to Koh Tao. Reception was friendly and helpful, washing was done the same day onsite and folded beautifully. We found the most wonderful family owned cafe/restaurant just up the road and had all our meals there for a reasonable price and our kids played outside with the neighbourhood children for ages!

We booked a Deluxe family suite which had separate 2 rooms and 1 large bed, 2 single beds. Bed is comfortable and balcony is a nice place to sit down. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a fridge in the room, but it was small and big one would be better. Also, there was no place to hang towels in the room.

Absolutely ace, great value for money. We arrived 8pm and the staff ordered us a takeaway from a menu we chose which was delivered to our room. Again this was great value for money. We are staying there again on our way to Phuket. BTW, it is next to a massive e Mackro supermarket so if you need anything it's a short walk The staff will walk with you and shoo away the dogs which we didn't find scary, but if you're not a dog person I can see why some might find it so.

This was a modern hotel with exceptional rooms! Large rooms !! Great bathroom - modern and clean! About 10 minutes from main areas (80 Baht cab). There is a little coffee and tea station downstairs which is a nice touch! Great value for money!! We just came back from an island holiday so felt like a bit of a pamper stay - not much around the specific are - local food and shops at end of street but night food markets accessible by cab (grab) would recommend!!!

Great budget place, we used it for a sleepover cause late , flight and early transfer to the pier. For 500b is an amazing option. Def more for an younger generation

cant say much just the late noise from the streets and hall but cant tell cause of night stay. Staff less helpful than somwhere else, but no blame 1 night is little too short

There’s only one road leading in and out of the property and it’s full of wild dogs. Try not to look at them when you walk past and you’ll be ok.

Very hard to access on foot due to a pack of aggressive stray dogs that guard the access street. But the place itself is nice

The elevator is aveliable only till the 4th floor and we were on the 5th floor so we had to get our logedge up the stairs one floor. There isn't a restaurant in the properety.
