The location. The place was modernly designed. ♥️ The room was spacious.

Staffs are not really service oriented. Front desk staffs are giving cold shoulders and seems like they are there against their will. There was only was staff that stands out. She was bubbly. Friendly and very accommodating. I was not able to get her name. But she's assigned in the restoration. The food was oki aside from my second plates. First was a roast pork with cauliflower puree. I thought I was chewing a cardboard. It was sooooo dry and sooo thin. 2 small paper thin slices. Their seafoods and pasta was good. But when it comes to meat it was always dry and under seasoned. The portioning was also so very small for the meats. The bfast buffet was good. Dinner salad buffet needs a little upgrade on presentation. It is after all a 4 🌟 hotel. Isn't it?

That we received a dog Kit for both our dogs and that they were treated so nice from all the staff. Also that they were allowed on the terrace for breakfast! Staff was super nice, very welcoming and provided all the information you needed. Room was super clean and beds are very comfortable.

The coffee machines at the breakfast did not have an option for cafe crema without any automated added milk and therefore we did not really like the coffee. (We only drink lactose free milk or oat milk which were provided but with the espresso lungo it was just too bitter for us) everything else was great!

Amenities and pool

Breakfast was not up to 4 starts standards and we had a problem with noises from a neighbor (they left a dog unattended and the dog was crying)

We booked last minute and got a fabulous price. We could not have been happier, our stay far exceeded our expectations. We even got free charging and parking for our electric car! Delightful room, excellent pool and spa area all spotlessly clean. Very comprehensive breakfast buffet. Very attentive and polite staff. We will return at some point.

The room was exceptional good, clean and comfortable bed, personal was very friendly, and I liked the fact that after check out you can still use the parking place and one shower at the hotel. Amazing experience, thank you.

The fact that advantage of beach umbrella and seats included in room booking it's available only via booking to the hotel directly, not via booking platform.

Rooms are modern, the bed is not too soft and pillows don’t break your neck. Bathrooms are new and very clean. Breakfast has it all. From lactose free products, rice drink, soya drink.. to extra dry sparkiling wine. Hotel surroundings are well maintained. The outdoor pool is very nice and poolside music is just right. Location is great and stuff is very friendly.

Great hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Very nice ambience of the whole hotel and friendly staff. Bike rentals were easy and fairly cheap. Parking wasn't a problem, a lot of free spots, you can access a lot of things by bike so we didn't even need the car during the trip.

We were here last year, we liked it the first time, this time it was ok too but perceived a decline in the quality of the service.

Dog fee is overpriced, makes no sense big dogs pay the same as small ones. breakfast staff wasn’t very nice.

The room was beautiful, functional and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is very rich. The whole area is quiet (at least in September).

The fire alarm (?) went off twice in the wee morning hours but I guess something malfunctioned.

The room was perfect in terms of temperature, lighting, design, space, amenities, bedsheets, bed size and comfort. An extra pillow and comforters were readily available inside the cabinets. The long balcony with a view was fantastic. The bathroom was spacious with a magnifying mirror. The breakfast room and interiors were appealing, bright, uncluttered and clean. Special mention about the flowers that adds a touch of elegance to the ambiance, they were all fresh and well maintained. All the staffs specially Gaia from the reception, as well as the buffet attendants were all helpful, professional, friendly and accommodating. Same goes to the bartendress downstairs who was very nice, pleasant, and multilingual too. The housekeeping did their job really well too.

If you will arrive late in the night, there's only water in the fridge and no coffee maker available The hairdryer was an old model.
