A family hotel, as hotels were before. Local people work, who care about the guest's needs.Clean, everything works as it should. They have 3 nice saunas and one IR sauna. Which is more than expected. The pool is large and clean. The location is quite good when it comes to skiing in Bad. You only need 12 minutes of driving. Room is big enough for 2 adult and two kids. Will come again.

Loved the pools, playroom, food (kids loved the ice cream) and location, look and feed of the place.

Nothig much to say: My kid hurt his leg on the ladder on the steps in the outside pool. Dont know how he managed that but something sharp cut him. When we arrived, present staff didnt speak a word of english and even with the help of google translator we couldn't understand each other.

We stayed in this hotel for one week ski holiday. It is a 10km drive to the nearest skilift, no problem for us and there are several different ski resorts. Nice and peacefull hotel atmosphere.

Not a lot of guests to be found in the bar after skiing, they all went to their room. So not much interaction in our week. Everything else was perfect.

Location was very good. Rooms and garden and Mountain View’s where very good. Breakfast was excellent. Half board was selected and was varied and good with a buffet menu. Drinks were reasonably priced. Reception staff and waiter spoke English which helped.

Breakfast was good. We liked the pool and the sauna area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids liked the playroom. Hotel and rooms were clean .

Half board buffet dinner below average quality , no choice for vegetarians , none for vegan unless you count the salad bar . Always same vegetable sides for dinner often a little cold ,tinned fruit salad for breakfast fruit unless you cut fruit from fruit basket. Non smoking but guests smoked right outside front door with fumes wafting into reception . Mattress fairly worn , pillows fairly worn . House keeping staff were thorough and pleasant and accommodating Reception staff pleasant . With rising Covid cases having a buffet style breakfast and dinner where serving spoons are touched by an average of 30 guests is not acceptable any more .
