We had a lovely stay at Masmara. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help you during your stay, they are so friendly and attentive. Shout out to Pandy who was so warm and bubbly. The room was spacious but could do with some new paint, some of the walls are a little done and mouldy. The bed was firm which wasn’t the most comfortable by the end of the stay. The pool looks much bigger in the pictures and there are only about 6-7 sun loungers. This wasn’t an issue for us as it was usually quiet but could be if the hotel has more guests in peak season. Lots of lovely restaurants around and a 2 minute walk to the beach.

I had a wonderful stay here with my girlfriend, the staff were super helpful! They organized airport transportation, organized scooters for us to rent and even organized private surf lessons for us! The resort itself was very nice, great garden and pool area. The rooms were modern with smart TVs, AC, Mini Bar (lots of yummy snacks), all the amenities you would need and a comfortable bed. Location could not have been better! only 100m from the beach and lots of great restaurants and spas all within walking distance!

Absolutely loved our stay at Masmara. We arrived late at night and the security team were very helpful getting us checked in and shown around. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was clean, very comfortable and secure. It had everything we needed and the terrace with loungers and seating was a lovely bonus! The staff were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help with some birthday celebrations. Loved the quiet pool area and had some great food/drinks from the restaurant on site. The location was good - walking distance to a few cafes/restaurants and the beach and a short scooter ride to the centre of Canggu for more options.

Our recent stay at Masmara Hotel was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, with the beach just a 2-minute walk away and several cozy restaurants nearby. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The swimming pool was also a lovely spot to unwind in the peaceful surroundings. A special mention goes to the staff, who exceeded all of our expectations. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also tried the resort’s restaurant, Kilo which, though not under the same management, offered great food and super friendly service. The kindest people we met ♥️Overall, we highly recommend Masmara Hotel for its excellent location away from the busy Canguu, comfort, and top-notch hospitality.

All was amazing!

Small boutique hotel in a quiet location, minutes from the beach with lots of good restaurants and coffee places nearby. Canggu, Tanah Lot, Seminyak easily accessible Room with terrace leading onto the gardens and perfectly sized swimming pool. Large room with comfortable bed, ample bottle water, tea, good quality toiletries and pool towels provided. Staff very friendly and more than helpful. Restaurant on site servicing very good food and beverages. They even made gluten free bread for me during my stay and adapted meals so I could enjoy more choice on the menu . We had a very relaxing time at the Masmara Resort, met travellers who had been numerous times before and would 100% recommend. Definitely would stay again if we are ever back in the area. 🙏

Nothing about the hotel - it was lovely. Adding body lotion to the toiletries would be a plus . The only negative comment we had was we ordered some massages through the reception and really wouldn’t recommend as the girls were chatting to each other and at one point on their phones massaging with one hand 🥴. Perhaps a change of provider as plenty of options around for massages.

Our stay at Masmara Resort is again perfect and it will be another truly memorable holiday for us here in Bali. This is also thanks to amazing Komang and the whole team at the reception ❤️ They make us feel extremely welcome as guests! They are always incredibly friendly, helpful and warm, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Exceptional Service and Comfort! I recently stayed at [MASMARA RESORT] and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service provided by the staff was truly top-notch. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. Every request was handled promptly, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was comfortable, Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the cleanliness of our room every day. I would like to give an exceptional thank to Mangde which he was so helpful and very kind. If you want a warm comfort place you can make this one as a top choice.

The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is excellent—our room was very spacious, providing plenty of space to relax, and the pool was just perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Great WiFi to work remotely. The resort is conveniently located near the beach. While the beach wasn’t as sunny as we had hoped and the sand was a bit darker than usual, the location still offers a unique charm. However, what truly made our stay special were the numerous breakfast options just around the corner. We chose to explore the delightful cafes on the same street and nearby streets, so we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore. We did have dinner at the hotel one night, and I highly recommend it. The restaurant offers delicious food, and the staff is genuinely attentive, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. If you’re staying at Masmara Resort, make sure to enjoy at least one meal there—you won’t regret it!

The staff was wonderful, pool was great, restaurant (KIlo) was amazing and we could work from there as well. We stayed here two times and the second time, they even had a dehumidifier in the room which was amazing as it's rainy season and it was great to dry all our clothes and keep the room dry. Great location, super friendly people and would definitely stay here again. There weren't even any mosquitos either! Easy scooter parking right out front. It wasn't so crowded and the restaurant took my allergies seriously too. It was quiet too!

The first room we had didn't have a dehumidifier but now I know to ask for it or maybe they will have them in every room from now on! :)

Hotel was excellent - highly recommend. Great location, small boutique hotel, rooms beautiful and very clean, beds comfortable, pool lovely and the staff were excellent. Pererenan is quieter than other areas, more chill with very high quality restaurants and close to the beach. Breakfast was at the restaurant (Kilo Kitchen) where food was outstanding and the staff were absolutely wonderful. One of our group is Coeliac and they went out of their way to accommodate her gluten free diet (even baked her bread especially).

Honestly I have nothing to add here. I travel frequently and this was an excellent small boutique hotel.
