Great staff, beautiful hotel, lovely restaurant, close to the beach, and many restaurants.

It's a long way from everything else... i.e. Water Bom, island tours etc... It's a great place for singles or families who just want to chill, go to the beach and eat great food in the Perenan / Caangu area. I would probably not recommend it for those who want to do activities outside of these areas, as the traffic you have to go through to get there and back is traumatic...

Everything. The BEST hotel we have ever had from more then 40 hotels, in 17 different countries, including a lot of: German, French, Hungarian, Italian and Japanese hotels. In details: - Staff: always in good mood, very helpful, perfect English speaking, have a solution for evrything. Also what we really liked is they watch over for you. We had a trustable day driver, but they always checked the driver, the car and 1 or 2 times I may even saw they wrote down the car plate, but I am not sure. However I am sure if something would happen, they would start to search for us, which is calming. - Cleanliness: always shining, if required, then they clean the room daily. (They check the signs SEVERAL times a day, so you get the cleaning in a few hours). The common areas are continuously cleaned. - Room equipments: everything you need and more if asked. Mini fridge, water heater, hair dryer, vanity kit... - Comfortability: really big and comfortable bed. The room has enough space for 2 big and 2 small luggages, a lot of clothes and to comfortably walk between them. - Restaurant: CLEAN! As Europeans we were afraid of Bali belly. No need to be afraid of anything here! We tried the whole menu through 10 days, because it was so good we didn't want to go elsewhere. Had no problem at all (and my wife has a really weak stomach, but even she had no problem with the food). The food is really very tasty. - Location: now this is a little tricky. Canggu is a crowded area, however the hotel is on the edge. So you will experience trafic jams, but this is true for all the other parts of middle and south Bali. However the hotel is very close to a beutiful beach, 5~7 min by walk. Because of this on the rest days, it is very easy to just walk down to the beach and enjoy the waves and the view, go back to lunch and back to the beach.

great location near the beach & lots of restaurants. quiet and relaxing pool area. Circle K across the street to pick up stuff. Great spa Therapy up the street! Wish i found it earlier I would have went a few more times!

The location is great, it’s just outside the really busy area but easy to reach. Everyone should include breakfast as it was really worth it!!

It’s not that we didn’t like it but just a suggestion, maybe put some diffusers or essential oils in the room to create a nice smell.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. From the moment we walked in, tired and sweaty after a long flight, they made sure we were comfortable with fresh drinks and we were brought straight to our room (even though we arrived an hour before check-in). The room was extremely comfortable, tidy, clean and opened right up outside the pool. The WiFi was speedy, reliable and very strong. The food was AMAZING. We didn’t visit any other restaurants during our stay. My partner said the Nasi Goreng had the “nicest rice he’s ever tasted” The staff was so kind and very helpful. The two trainee staff members in the restaurant always had a smile on their face and were extremely professional while also being very kind. I would definitely come back and stay here-I already miss it!

Not much I didn’t like, but the house cleaning often arrived too early (before 9am).

Breakfast was great the first 2 days Then after that no sure what happened Example I orderd Bircher muesli everyday on the third day it wasn’t the same as previous days. I did mention it. May have been a different chef? Bad egg on my husband breakfast upset stomach.

The pool looks nice. The slope into the pool was a bit slippery.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, great food, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, good wifi, very clean, nice places to work, decent pool area, it was just awesome all round we had a fantastic time.

We were woken up by the room cleaners at 9am one morning, we didn't have the "do not disturb" sign out but knocking on the door at 9am to clean seemed excessive and it woke us up, surely it's better to do 11am or later when we're up and out, 9am is very early.

Lovely hotel in a good location close to Pererenan beach. The hotel is spotless clean. The rooms are very spacious and the pool area is great. Co-working space on site with its own Wi-Fi was great to have as a remote worker.

Some rooms have a connecting door between them. We had loud neighbors who woke us up a couple of nights. Unfortunately I had money stolen from a bag I left in my room on day 2 staying here. I was shown the cameras and the only people in my room were the cleaners. My own fault for not using the safety deposit box but just an FYI to anyone planning on staying here, make sure you don’t leave anything valuable out. This put a dampener on what was overall a great stay, with some great and friendly staff.
