Being a small property with a beautiful garden in prime location and privacy. Very good taste in all !

The quality of mattress in the bedroom could be a better one. There is no chair nor sofa and table in my large-enough room. Tile floor in all areas could be better quality, the one in bathrooms are too dangerously slippery.

We liked the large size of our villa well kept beautiful gardens & lawns with Balinese feel

Our villa was beautiful. The location was excellent and so quiet. A short walk to the promenade. Amazing gardens.

It would benefit from providing you with sealed bottles of water. We were given bottles with stoppers and we were apprehensive about using them. The sun loungers by the pool would benefit from an update. The wooden flooring around the pool area was old, extremely weathered and loose in areas. The slats are also upside down. Requires replacing.

Location - fantastic location right between the beach and the main street and about halfway down the Sanur beach. Grounds and pool - garden and pool are so beautiful. As soon as you enter through the gate, you escape the craziness of busy Sanur. There are only 6 rooms so there are rarely people around. Lots of little nooks to sit and relax, read a book etc Staff - staff are so nice and helpful.

Bathroom - there is no door between the toilet and bedroom

The villa complex is based on the traditional Balinese kampong with one large house and a number of separate smaller guest residences in a large beautifully maintained garden. We stayed in what appeared to be the largest residence which is called an “ executive suite” and overlooks a magnificent lotus pond. It was decorated with excellent pieces of Balinese and Dutch artwork. Our accomodation was very spacious ,but the layout might not suit everyone. Although there is at least one staff member present at all times this is not a hotel . Apart from breakfast we ate out.

The lighting in our room was hard to navigate.

The checkin process/communication and ladies who looked after us during our stay where professional, caring and always ready to help. The Villa complex itself is like living in your own compound - quiet, stunning gardens, magical pool. Breakfast down at the beachfront from the team at Crema is simple (yet we always felt full!) and the staff always met us with a smile. The location is steps away from the beach and the main street of Sanur, with every possible convenience. This is not a hotel - this is not a private villa - this is a secret, magical space we cannot recommend highly enough!

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa its in a great location short walk to restaurants, spas and beach. The gardens are stunning and a lovely sized pool. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided by local beach Cafe you can choose to eat at the beach Cafe or at your room. Little piece of paradise!

The double room in main house has stairs which are quite steep and does not have a balcony beware if booking. We were moved to another room type which we loved.

The garden and pool are exceptionally beautiful. The location is fantastic: super central but so peaceful at the same time. The bed was very comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Really nothing to complain about but the room does need minor touch ups here and there.

I stayed with my partner and my friends also stayed in other rooms. This meant that we often had the pool to ourselves. The location was great as it was off the main street and close to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and the gardens were beautifully kept. Staff were lovely. We were very happy with our stay and found it to be great value for money.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like and no complaints. Some extra touches that would have made it even better would be service by the pool (drinks or food). Breakfast was offsite at a café on the beach front that was a short walk. However, you could request to have it onsite by ordering the day before. It is also a short walk to some nice cafes along the strip.

The peace and quiet and beautiful gardens was wonderful.The bed was super comfortable and the pool was perfect. The property is hidden behind a wall so is very private. There are only 7 rooms on the property, with so few people we mostly had the pool to ourselves. Lovely.

Apparently I hadn’t ordered the meal option (breakfast) and was unable to change my mind about this on arrival. The stairs leading to upstairs room are tricky up the top and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has mobility problems or the elderly. Also the bathroom in our room had no door.
