A fantastic traditional villa with every facility you could need as a family. Exceptional team always available to help. The surrounding area is full of great restaurants and it’s all easily within walking distance.

The location is in a vibrant location but Canggu is a hot spot for growth and development with all that it brings with it.

The property is nice, cozy, balinese style building in a lush green garden with a pool. It is at the end of a side street which means it's quiet and has no pass-by traffic. The room is spacious, has a nice bed, aircon and a ceiling fan, TV with Netflix. The bathroom is roomy, also and shower refreshing! Good water pressure and both hot and cold water. A little veranda faces the garden and the pool. A beach is about a 10 minute walk.

My fault for not catching this when booking, there is no breakfast provided and no restaurant on site. There is a kitchen available to the guests and several restaurants within a 5 minute walk, however.

The family villa is lovely traditional style with the comfort of airconditioned rooms. Pererenan is also less crowded than other parts of Canggu but still has access to great restaurants etc.

I would have liked breakfast to be included for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at PNB Villa! The place is very cozy and beautiful, and although there is some construction nearby (which we were aware of), it didn’t disturb our rest at all. The team went above and beyond – they even prepared sweet surprises for my daughter’s Birthday, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching. Thank you so much for the hospitality, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

As for the downsides – everything was great. Just one small detail: the sponge for washing dishes was very old. I’d recommend providing a new one for each reservation.

We had the king room at the back of the property and loved the balcony with the view on the rice fields and river. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. We could see the big water lizards and a lot of beautiful kingfishers. It’s also quite calm and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, the wifi great, staff super lovely and location is perfect. You’re within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants and can escape the noisy street to enjoy the beauty of Bali.

Few negatives were: 1. There are a lot of mosquitos, there must be some stagnating water somewhere. They fumigate but maybe because the place is dark it attracts them more. We stayed somewhere across the road and there were significantly less mosquitos. So something to be aware of if like me mosquitos love you. 2. There’s construction next door. Nothing the staff could do anything about and I think in Pererenan right now you would have a hard time finding something with no building around as there are construction sites everywhere. If you want to sleep in late, probably not the best place to stay at the moment.

I had an incredible stay at PNB Bali Villas! The villa was a perfect little retreat—cozy, well-equipped with a kitchen, fridge, air conditioning, and hot water. It truly felt like a home away from home. Unlike the bustling atmosphere of Canggu, this place offers a serene escape, nestled by a peaceful river, allowing for complete relaxation. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, always ready to help with a smile. To top it off, on my last night, I was upgraded to a larger villa with a stunning rice field view—an unforgettable experience! If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, and beautifully located place to stay in Bali, I highly recommend PNB Bali Villas. I’ll definitely be back!

The Villa is exactly as it appears in the Photos. It is a traditional Balinese Villa, fitted out with Modern appliances and fittings. We loved the small kitchen and the complimentary use of the Water Cooler. The private pool was fantastic and location to many good eateries was great. The staff were extremely helpful. We loved our stay here and would stay again. Thank you so much for welcoming us.

I am being really picky here again, but as a firefighter, I would have liked to see a couple more smoke alarms fitted to the villa. It was the first thing I noticed, staying in a hot climate, inside a wooden structure, with only one detector in the dead air space out near the kitchen area. I doubt it would have activated on event. Regulations are most likely different in Bali, but I could not help noticing it. The installation of a couple of more smoke alarms would be good idea.

It was centrally located but also not noisy and the garden area where the room was located was very green and pretty. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating allowing early check-in when the room was ready, and late check out especially when my mum got sick.

The mosquito nets in the room are hard to use and difficult to keep closed meaning it was hard to avoid bites. It would also be good to provide citronella candles or sprays in the kitchen area to avoid bites when sitting on the balcony and in the kitchen.

One thing to be mindful of is that there are a lot of bugs, mainly mosquitoes. The rooms have some windows that you can’t close and there are gaps between some of the doors, so that’s how the bugs get through. They do provide a mosquito net above the bed which is great, but when walking around the room you definitely see them flying around, especially in the bathroom

We had an excellent stay at PNB Villas. Everything was perfect. The room was very nicely styled, it was charming keeping in the style of Balinese. The guesthouse js located down a quiet lane way. There was no noise pollution waking us up. Pererenan is a very laidback area. We loved that we could walk to the beach and explore the area without is being busy. The guesthouse is very close and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was very warm and welcoming.
