-Fantastic view of airport and entire city of Udon - easy to hang wet clothes on hangers under the air con unit on the tiny balcony for quick drying - window seat is wonderful for relaxing with hot drink and enjoying the view. -mattresses are a 7 out of ten on the firm scale, not too hard and not too soft. - basic Thai breakfast with eggs, two kinds of stir fry, 1 Thai soup,rice soup, salad, bread, cereal and hot drinks. - roof top pool is open again post COVID. - staff were kind, responding to every special request we made.

- not really enough parking spaces. some guests appear to be parking on the street - location is great for the view but it’s not in town. long drive in traffic to get anywhere. - internet was too slow for a zoom meeting - bathroom needed to be cleaner ( hair in drain, some black mold on wall). But in all fairness, when we pointed this out to the house keeper, she immediately cleaned the mold and drain.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Udon Thani. As an extra bonus there is a lovely restaurant across the road from the hotel.

Location was in a beautiful place and lift facilities were also good

Room was very small, nor fully clean and we reported it and they came to clean it. Aicon location blew into our noses and we had blocked noses. Bwd very nkisy and annoyed us. Mini bar was not well communicated to us and to our surprise we were informed to pay for what we used including water.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good location to spend a night before going to the airport. The staff were very friendly.

The free shuttle to the airport was not being offered (unsure why), so we had to find another way to get to the airport. There was an odd smell to the room that my partner did not like; however, it did not bother me.

On booking.com they tell that they have airport shuttle. Well during Song Kran, they did not! This was one of the reasons for choosing them. They could have contacted us and told us that the shuttle was not avaiable during Song Kran. We could have found a cheaper alternative.

Clean, bright decor. young man at the desk was friendly and polite. welcomed us warmly in English and wished us a pleasant stay after bringing up our bags. breakfast was outstanding for what we paid- rice, bread for toast, fried eggs, fresh cut watermelon and pineapple, rice soup, sausages, ham, plus two side dishes (fried glass noodles with pork and chicken mushroom clear soup). pool is on roof with view of local area. Great when it’s open although it was closed during our stay due to local COVID restrictions.

wish it was closer in to town or closer to an exercise park. you really need your own vehicle to stay here.

the booking process, the pick-up at the airport, check in everything was good. the room in order, the bathroom not special, not so bad. the restaurant opposite nice employees, good food and music!

unfortunately, breakfast was a very unfriendly person. not helpful and unfriendly to us and the children. warm food was cold.

- Big room - nice breakfast - mattress and pillow are comfy - quite place

- the towers, pillow case a bit old - the toilet is clogged

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very good breakfast was served each morning. The hotel is very clean. I enjoyed my stay.
