The location is excellent- close to bus terminal, Central Plaza, night markets, scooter rental and tourist area. The reception staff are lovely. The place was clean. Very good bathroom. My stay here was good.

This is not really a negative as I enjoyed my stay there but the room configuration is unusual. The width of the room is the length of the bed with a wooden platform around the bed. The room was stuffy as the weather was very hot and window didn’t open. The room I booked was Deluxe Double but was small and the kettle & microwave were not in room but in a communal area. I asked for kettle so that was ok.

🙂: -Very close to the bus station, an excellent hub for backpackers travelling to different cities in Thailand. - A market with lots of delicious local restaurants is nearby. The market also sells clothes and other goods. - Walking distance to Central Udon Thani shopping mall. -Walking distance from Udon Thani railway station (~10 minutes) 🙁 - The room has a bed which is too big for its rather small size. - The surrounding area has a lot of bars for foreigners. This might be a good thing for certain people, but it's not the place to embrace a local Thai/Isan vibe. It is an area packed with Western expats and backpackers who are enjoying their pints.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Even though the wooden surrounding had the potential of being a hazard, I was ok with it but others may not. The air conditioning was really good, I was kept cool at night and the whole time I was in the room. The shower was good, always had hot water and was powerful enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even did my laundry for me for a good price, and quickly. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the town. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Nothing to dislike, although the switch for the toilet light was a bit loose. I’m sure they have fixed it by now.

Super central location - right outside the bus terminal and right around the corner from the train station with a lot of restaurants all around Lovely big bed and room, very spacious Friendly, helpful reception staff and owner Air-conditioning is very powerful They put me in a room at the back of the building so it was quiet

Very close to Central Plaza and many restaurants. There is a 7-Eleven just down the road towards Central Plaza. The room itself is quiet, cleaned well, and you get two free bottles of water daily. All utiliies listed seem to be accurate. Check-in is easy and there is of course a 500 baht deposit. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The wifi connection is really weak so if you plan to remote work, don’t expect stability. The toilet cannot be flushed on the strongest setting for the room I was in and the tank would not fill up if I did.

I liked that the deluxe family room we stayed in was larger than expected and our kids slept in one room and my wife and I in the other. The beds were also comfortable. I also liked that the hotel was within walking distance (~3-4 min) to the Central Mall in Udon. The hotel was also very affordable given the larger room we stayed in

The room did appear a little older as I noticed some paint chipping from walls. Could have used a touch up on paint. Also parking is a bit scarce as you can either park on the street (if there's room) or in 2 parking slots designated for guests along the back of the hotel.

Friendly staff. There were some problems with the shower and toilet and these were resolved and replaced by a plumber within the hour. The location is very good. Free coffee and microwave in the kitchen. Good location, not far from the center and the bus station. 7/11, shops, restaurants near the hotel.

An electric water cooker in the room would have been nice for coffee. Private parking is only 2. But you can park nearby.

Location is great, department store, the main bus station, รถสองแถว, 7/11 are all in the vicinity’s. Staffs are very nice and polite. They always try their best to accommodating our requests. The room is a good size, the mattress is really comfortable. You can have teas and coffees (free of charges) anytime you like in the common area at the back which is calm and quiet. The cute decorations, all the collections and books. You can sit there to read or having your meals. You can use a microwave. The place is very clean. You might find that the front entrance is kinda small but the place actually have two joined building so there are not a small hotel. Very valued for the price. Surely I will be back again!! All good nice and clean family room plenty of space.ideal location for shopping and bars and restaurants.also if you need to go further afield many tuk tuks on hand close by. Pleasant staff polite and helpful.would definitely stay there again.

Only two down sides but doesn't spoil your stay the room could do with tea and coffee facilities with a kettle. And the parking if you have a vehicle is very limited.
