This is a lovely place. Garden is so pleasant, you can just spend hours there. Right on the river. Great views. Food was really good. Service was great. Highly recommend!

Nothing. It’s a gem.

It is a beautiful property located along the Beas river. It has a nice garden with a bar & fruit bearing trees around. One can pay the corkage charges of 1500 + taxes (may change) & be served your own liquor. The ambience is good with views of green & snowbearing mountains. However, the river is a bit noisy due to the big boulders in the river bed but one can talk easily. Staff is polite, food is good. Charges are reasonable. Property has rooms facing the main road & a nearby mountain accross, avoid these. The others are facing the river & the valley accross with great views, go for these.

If you book through a booking site the property is likely to allot you rooms with the road & nearby mountain face. So ask for the river & valley view rooms & preferably on third floor if possible.

Our 1 week stay at Allure Grand Resort was splendid. We thoroughly enjoyed the property amenities and the view from our room. Special thanks to Mr Kuldeep and his team for their hospitality and for arranging safe, reliable, prompt transportation services and for facilitating an early check in. Mr Nitin Sharma and his restaurant staff were extremely courteous and the food all these days was very tasty. All the staff were very helpful. We thank all at Allure Grand for making our stay at Manali a memorable one. Looking forward to come back again.

We stayed in a few different rooms during our trip to Manali. We loved the hotel so didn't mind hopping around abit (word of advice book in advance!). Rooms 312 and 314 were the best by far due to the view, I have no doubt all rooms are done to a similar standard its just these two benefit from being dual aspect (312) and have a large window next to the bed (314) looking at the river and the mountains... and my gosh the views are worth writing about. We arrived at night and when we opened the blinds in the morning it was wow wow wow! Both rooms (i think all rooms) also benefited from having a balcony and the sounds of nature particularly in the mornings was very relaxing. The facilities are a much higher standard than you normally get in India, hence the price. The evening buffets are varied, extensive and very enjoyable. Other things that stuck out were the games room, the place was exceptionally clean, it had awesome showers, beautiful comfortable bed linen and great staff (personal favourites were the two younger members of staff who work on reception kudos to you guys sorry we didn't catch your names). I would have given a 10 out of 10 but my last night I stayed in room 111... avoid this one unless you're a heavy sleeper... you are right next to reception and you hear every ping on a phone, conversation, room service call etc.

We booked Allure Grand by looking its view from room and Garden outside as we have kids We got Amazing view of snow capped mountains from our vally view rooms as well as river view Gardens were good and well maintained and mine 5 year old kid spent more time playing over there then in room Moreover both Restaurent server good food with great view. Resort arrange bon fire and live music as well Service is exceptionally good with everyone trying to make our stay memorable .

This hotel is little far from mall road. If would be a great help to tourist if shuttle with some resonable charge can be provided to mall road. Auto and taxi take around 200/300 one side and that too you need to walk till nearby village

Courteous staff who understand customer needs and tries to provide these services with best resources avaliable with them

Food quality and taste was poor, I had booked an all inclusive CEP package for which I paid approx 6k extra for 2 days and then during dinner time staff asked me to order a la carte as occupancy was low. After some time staff says selected menu item can’t be given in a la carte for all inclusive menu. This id ridiculous, after paying more than the direct cost for food at venue still services and food not up to mark for food.

Location, excellent views of river and mountains, spacious and well appointed rooms, very good food, courteous staff

Overpriced rooms and spa service. Rooms need to have soundproofing, which is sorely needed with the kind of noise in the morning of guests and vaccum cleaning. Staff requires more training to not wake up guests if do not disturb sign is on.

The Resort has an excellent location, the property of the resort is excellent too. The staff right from housekeeping to restaurant staff are very good in hospitality. The Management staff including front desk executives are very supporting and helpful. They were super helpful in very cold conditions with very heavy snowfall.

This is a riverside property, one of the good available properties in Manali, but room rates are high considering the property. 3* rating can be offered, not in the range of 4*. Breakfast and dinner buffet items should be improved, especially for dinner buffet, very limited items against the amount they are charging. Room offered to us specious and clean, services they offered also good👍

Manu the F& B manager was awesome, so was Prem , Ankita and the other staff there, breakfast needed some morevariety, but was good. some dry fruits, some more variety would have been welcome

its a slightly older property, needs more maintenance, that said everything was indeed speck clean
