The location is very convenient to the airport, less than 15 minutes for sure. The staff were exceptionally helpful and willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was using canes and they worked with me with a wheelchair although I chose to walk up three steps twice instead of using the incline ramp. I was up there for just an overnight so I did not see the other parts of the Facility, but the room was large, clean and stocked with water and bathroom supplies. They arranged airport pick up and Drop off at late and early times of the day very congenially for a reasonable fee as I requested a car instead of their van to pick me up. They communicated with me by email and booking.com several times at my request prior to my arrival. Thank you to the two gentleman that helped me so much with getting around!

The rom was a bit musty at first but with Lysol and the a/ c that cleared.

the hotel is really quiet. We couldn't hear any traffic noise, such as honking or engine sounds. Also it's quite close to the airport which is good for early morning flights. It was a great last hotel for us, to come down after a couple of days in the louder city.

breakfast and restaurant (for dinner) was ok but has some room for improvement. Downside of the location is, for everything you want to do, a (longer) Uber ride is required. The refrigerator in the room was really loud (almost annoying).

Excellent in Room dining options 👌. Very helpful staff 👏 especially as my wife is a wheelchair user. Excellent location , close to the Airport. Lovely walks around the gated community in which the resort is located.

Wheelchair Ramps are provided but their steep incline makes using them very precarious without assistance. They could be more user friendly if they were extended at a less steep angle.

I took executive suite with balcony It’s a tranquil and serine place Green paradise away from horrible Bangalore traffic Lots of birds flying into the property eagles peacocks owls , u won’t expect that in a metropolitan city Food is awesome .. house keeping service is marvelous Help desk and reception people are so friendly

Nice, location, tucked in from the highway. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpful and non-intrusive. Good, wholesome breakfast with nice range of Indian and Continental foods, juices, tea and coffee. Great place to relax and chill with family and friends.

Besides swimming there is not much to do. There is a lot of space around and some more recreation facilities will make it more exciting.

There are so many hotels near the Bangalore airport , you don’t know which one to choose & most are located in the noisy area. Goldfinch is away from the noise tucked inside a large wooded area with trees all around. You can take a nice walk in the mornings / evenings.

When you drive towards this property , you feel you are going far from airport but as you enter the complex , you feel it’s different and it’s close to the airport , 15 minutes drive.

Location was excellent , we particularly liked the menagerie of animals in the garden area. The staff were superb, very polite and helpful at all times. The manager went out of his way to attend to our every need which was much appreciated as my wife is using a wheelchair .

Wheelchair ramps were present but were excessively steep . Would have liked a ceiling fan as an alternative to always putting the a/c on.

We arrived jet lagged and ver sleep deprived. Lalit looked after all our needs with great courtesy. He could not have been more helpful. Nandina in reception was very helpful and friendly. Thank you both and all the other staff, everyone was kind and helpful. The food was fantastic, we had the best breakfast. The beds were very very comfy, rooms clean and a beautiful hot shower.

Cleanliness, vicinity to airport, comfortable. Staff was polite and respectful.

The mini bar was missing, also the facilities like water bottle and iron board took a round of follow up. Rest was all good !

We were given an upgrade of our rooms! We had our breakfast at around 8:00 am and it was fresh and delicious. They can keep some more variety of bread - brown / multigrain and with butter.

For dinner, some items that we requested were not available. But whatever we did order - the quality and taste was good! Some kids related activities were not maintained like the trampoline. The kids play / park area was faraway from the hotel.
