Very well appointed, modern decor and spacious room. Location in nice neighbourhood that feels safe to walk around and find places to eat. Lovely big shower, hot water, good water pressure. Very comfortable bed (I prefer firm mattress).

Our air-conditioner was struggling to cool the room sufficiently on a very hot day. Staff kindly offered us another room, but we decided to stay as we were settled and only 2 nights. Our room was 601 on top floor, so I imagine rooms on the lower floors would be okay.

This hotel is clean, the staff are really really kind and the rooms are so spacious. Our daughter loved how much room she had to play and I appreciated how I wasn't constantly tripping over my luggage. They also had unlimited complimentary bottled water which we really loved as well.

The location is good but it's on a busy street so that may not be ideal for everyone. The gym did not have any mats we could use.

Large room, with all the amenities, (king size bed,large screen tv,large bathroom,automatic drapes,free water bottles etc,etc) Close to everything,lots of nice restaurants around

Decent size room and bed. Nice neighbourhood and very easy to access the Metrobus nearby on Insurgentes.

The room felt a bit tired but it was fine.

The room is very comfortable and modern. The employees are very attentive, and my special greetings to Rafael, Ricardo and Silvana, who made me feel at home. Rafael should be promoted to manager, he is very attentive and a CDMX expert.

The restaurant should improve the menu for lunch and dinner, at least making the meals looks like the pictures.

The location was great. It was close to everything.
