I like the behave of staff is too nice & polite. Hotel receptionist is cooperative person.they also have a restaurant and they provide in time and tasty food . First thing I notice is that our first room a.c. is not good bt I was said this problem to staff and receptionist and they provide us second room that room is pretty good and comfortable as compared to first one.

I didn't like the room electricity. cut of 10-15 mins of room electricity.they have to improve this thing and wifi 's not range in our room...and the other side all things is good and well .food and room cleanness is good ..value of money

The evening staff was good. Facilities were worth the price. Definitely try the tea there.

No hot water even after repeated communication. Had to take a cold shower in the middle of December.

Hotel need renovation.very old construction walls ,doors and windows were dirty ond old .quilt,blankets were very dirty bed and mattresses were also not comfortable and old fashioned. floor was clean but room doors window and AC was in bad condition and without remote.Room lighting near bedding area was not sufficient enough.
