1. Close to airport. You can reach the property 5mins by walking. But I advise to rent a tricycle (near gate of airport/ask the security) if you have heavy luggage. Be aware that if you hire taxi/vans fare quite expensive. 2. Spacious. 3. Value for money. 4. Staff are friendly. 5. Convenient store & laundryshop wihin the area.

1. Wrong info about payment. If you booked via booking.com your card only secured the room you booked but will not credit it. You need to pay cash when you arrive. You can’t pay by card in the property as well they only accept cash. But if you book via the reddoorz app I believe you can pay using your card. 2. No lift. If you got heavy luggages its a bit of a struggle but staff are helpful to give you hand. 3. Outside noise but bearable.

The staff and the manager were accomodating and kind.. I really love the view outside my room. The place was very quiet. My stay was good and definitely i'll be back 😇😍

It is walking distance from the airport but you have to rent a motorcycle to get to the hotel or vice versa on the night for your security.. It is better to provide some slippers in the room and please make sure to provide a clean beddings.

Very close to and easy to reach Iloilo airport. Amenity kit was nice as was kettle/water/coffee.

Hot water in shower didn’t work (after resetting power switch and turning on x 3). No blanket beyond a sheet. Road noise on the front side of the hotel was bad…especially motorcycles revving up as they’re leaving the airport.

good location close to the airport, good small food place beside and one of the best Restaurants of Santa Barbara, Iloilo across the road.

as it's so close to the airport it should have late check-in available to cover last incoming flights.

Courteous staffs, nearness to the airport, dining/restaurant just below , and they're bringing you personally to the airport

The shower head and the toilet may be better exchanging position and should be placed perpendiculary instead so as not to totally wet the whole washroom area. Shower curtain is lacking.

The property was quiet, clean, cheap and within easy walking distance to the airport for an early morning flight. The bed was comfortable.

Steep stairs and very limited food available although there is a restaurant across the road

The noise coming from the traffic is disturbing my sleep. It would be very nice if they installed some sound proofing as their hotel is near the street.

Need to improve there front desk staff expecially for night personnel. Hindi masyadong approchable. Medyo madita pa
