Fab location for ski-in ski-out trip. The ski centre is part of the hotel making the hiring of equipment and getting a pass really simple. The hotel is clean and dining room views are stunning. We enjoyed the pool and climbing wall - didn’t use Spa as it is adult-only. Again all well organised and clean.

Dining in evening is limited to a buffet in the main dining room or pizza restaurant which does takeaway too. We didn’t try buffet as it seemed expensive and potentially a waste for fussy pre-teens. So stuck to pizza restaurant which got tiring. Also the system seems chaotic there. Staff are lovely but all stressed.

The hotel is right next to the ski slopes, great location for a ski trip. The room was spacious and the views were great. There is a pool with 2 jacuzzi and 2 saunas that was included in the price of the room, which was nice. There is also a SPA centre, but it comes for additional price and we haven't checked it. The breakfast and the Christmas buffet at the hotel restaurant were great, although Christmas buffet was pricey (200 eur for 2 people)

The hotel would benefit from renovation - you see small wear and tear here anf there. It feels like this hotel was luxurious in the past, but it lost its charm a bit over the years. The walls between rooms are quite thin - we could hear neighbours having a party next door very well. Also a bit weird that the ski locker is not included in the price of the hotel room (but you can get it for free is you rent skis from the skishop at the hotel) , even though the hotel is advertised as a ski hotel, the staff suggested that we store our skis in the shower.

We stayed in a king suite, with two bedrooms, kitchen and lounge area. It was as very comfortable accommodation. The facility itself was good. When we booked skis they were put in our lockers so no faff getting them

We didn’t have a car, so we were limited to the two restaurants at hotel. Was just about ok for 5 days, with two kids that are picky eaters, it was challenging

Nice room with a balcony and plenty of room. Lots of hiking and walking trails right outside the hotel. Lots of people taking advantage of spa facilities which we did not, but we did enjoy the hiking. Parking was free.

The buffet dinner at their prime restaurant was just okay and not worth the cost, but this was the only real option for dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was better, but still not as good as many of the other hotels in Norway that we stayed.

The hotel is beautiful, besutiful room and right on the slope

We asked if we have access to the spa at check in they confirmed and then when we went there they told us IT’s booked we cant go in and we need to pay anyway. Rooms are not equipoed with bathrobes or slippers which is strange for a spa hotel

Loved the location, literally walking out the doors to the slopes. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. Massages were an extra bonus, loved the pampering!

A little overpriced in my opinion: over 60€ for 2 drinks and a pizza lol… everything was much more expensive but I think that is just Norway plus coming to a ski area.

the amount of amenities here is truly a lot to process, from 2 spas, arcade, climbing wall, few bars, many restaurants, the one spa is stunning outside, ski slopes, hiking trails lake animals ? i mean the list goes on the nicest staff, everyone is so friendly and actually cares intelligent staff, which is hard to find

Excellent buffet breakfast, wide choice of food on offer - very well prepared and something for everyone. Location was perfect, ski-in ski-out. Also ski rental was waiting for us in the excellent lockers and ski passes were easily collected from one of two machines in the hotel. Plenty of underground, heated parking available with a high availability of EV charge points

Choice of food in the evening could be improved - particularly for vegans, vegetarians, etc. Only poor aspect of breakfast was long queues for the solitary coffee machine

I recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax: good food, clean rooms with a beautiful mountain view, a sauna spa, and very friendly and skilled staff. beautiful hikes in the area, also suitable at a moderate level.
