The owners & staff including the cleaner were a joy. So friendly , welcoming and attentive. Accommodation is clean and well cared for and love that the maintenance is sympathetic to the environment. I loved sitting in the restaurant area for a coffee in the mornings before heading to the beach, having a drink on return from the beach, ate there twice in the evenings, fabulous pizzas. Loved returning in the evening for drinks which were beautifully presented, never thought I would use that terminology for a glass of red wine. Location is great for access to the beach , canal, shops , whatever or however you choose to spend your holiday. There is an understated , quiet quality to these apartments that is a joy to discover. Should we return to Icmeler this is where you will find us.

Not in the apartment's control but do be aware that it is boom boom (9pm -12pm)from neighbouring bars/restaurants who appear to be in competition with each other to reach the highest decibels. If Alice would only let herself be known this may ease the issue..... As much as we loved the laid back atmosphere perhaps a bit more attention to the food shopping , what no puddings ! Not a deal breaker as we bought in advance of our 2nd visit to their restaurant at the local cake shop - we like to support all local businesses.

The pictures didn’t do justice of how lovely of a hidden gem this place is. I booked, cancelled and rebooked(and thank God I did). The hosts were wonderful, always had time to stop and chat and help with any question I had. The location is fab! So close to everything yet a little tucked away and even though there are noisy streets around you can barely hear anything inside with the door shut. Super clean, great housekeeping and all the amenities you need in the kitchen(aside of washing up sponge and liquid). AC is in the living room and not the bedroom so I was a bit concerned this may be an issue at night but it cooled the whole place down including the bedroom perfectly. Pool was super clean and so chilled with barely anyone there to hog the sunbeds. Restaurant looks beautiful but we didn’t eat there much as we were out and about a lot. Beach is a stones throw away and loads of nice restaurants and supermarkets. I hope the owners do really well with this place as they deserve it!

Nothing really, was fab. Could have done with a couple more plug sockets as there is only one and not near the bed but luckily my partner brought an extension lead so not an issue for us.

The apartments are in a great location. Central to everything and close to the beach. The apartments are very quiet and there are no sunbed wars. We could easily go down to the pool at 10am and have the pick of the sun beds. There is also no hard sell at these apartments unlike others we have stayed in. Acers primary business is the apartments and he has no interest is selling themed nights etc. It was a refreshing change.

There is not much to dislike about the apartments. Wi-Fi is in and out like every other place in Turkey. The only other small issue was that they do not sell food or ice cream. We had to go over the road to the Canal bar for lunch. The steps to the apartments on the top floor are a bit narrow. You need to take extra care with them. When we return, I will ask for a ground floor apartment. As the apartments were a bit quiet there were no other families for my kids to play with. However, plus side of that was reduced noise around the pool. Overall nothing much to really complain about.

Everything was great. We didn't feel like strangers. The team is friendly. The rooms were clean. An electric hob in the kitchen is an alternative. The fridge is bigger than the minibar in normal hotels. So we could put everything in it. The hotel is close to the beach. There is a beach with free umbrellas Marmaris is famous for its nightlife. Therefore, the sound continues until midnight. If you are considering Marmaris, I suggest you pay attention to this situation. It is not a problem for us.

We would have liked to have a safe box in the room. Maybe they can renew it in the future

It was obvious that the staff work very long hours but that didn't stop them being friendly and very helpful. The room had everything we needed and the balcony overlooking the pool was a really nice feature. The pool itself is a good size and in keeping with the rest of the hotel, everything was spotless. The food at the hotel was also good. They don't push the restaurant in an evening which isn't a negative, most are out and about exploring. The location was a big selling point for use, very close to the seafront and in a nice setting on the canal.

There was only one slight negative and this is out of the control of the hotel. There are a couple of bars that play music very loudly in the evening. I wouldn't let this worry you or lead you to look at somewhere else. As we found, we're generally out and about when the music starts and when we return, we catch the tail end. The bars are regulated so the music suddenly shuts off and peace returns. In a morning and during the day it is ever so peaceful, it's a few hours in the evening and for the majority, not an issue. Over the 8/9 days of our stay I think it got quieter, we had no issues sleeping. I can't see those bars surviving for long, the noise only appeals to a small minority and they seemed to be virtually empty. Bars just around the corner were full.

The apartment was nice, clean , had a comfortable bed , good air con and a lovely clean swimming pool. The restaurant served great food, we had a lovely English fried breakfast and also tried a pizza that delicious .

We only had one English Channel on the tv , which was the world news that kept repeating the same news. We told the owner who had a look at it for us, he thinks it’s something to do with the aerial. It didn’t bother us to much as we were out and about most of the time anyway.

Location!( 3 min walk to the beach)Owners! ( ready to help you and navigate you in the town). Pool - big and clean.Green territory, could order a pizza and coffee by the pool.( owners operate a pizzeria as well). I just love the place!

noisy next door bar was a bit disturbing ( from 10:00 p.m. to 01:00a.m) daily. I knew about the noise from reviews, but it was more noisy than I thought. Bathrooms need a little attention. Overall, good place to stay.

It was great cozy romantic atmosphere in the middle of party life of Icmeler. We enjoyed our stay very much and it was a great time to come in September as it wasn’t incredibly hot, just pleasant.

Nice clean apartments. Comfortable bed. Good housekeeping. Clean pool. Good communication with owners. Lovely quiet place in the heart of everything. Easy access to anything you need.

I wish we could stay longer.

This appartment is in a fabulous location with bars restaurants and the beach close by..its very peaceful and the owners Didem and Acer r a fab couple...the place has a great atmosphere..wish I wud just have booked longer..Will definitely return

A toaster in the room wud b a great bonus..apart from that I have no complaints at all
