First and foremost this place is truly pet friendly. Hotel is very nice, in the heart of Trutnov. Inside you will find, historical, unique old fashioned style. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Car Park is for free and it’s located in the back of the building. Room was very clean, well equipped with comfy bed. Breakfast was very good, with broad variety of fresh products. Frankly everything was great. I spent 3 nights here, with my wife and our dog and I would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice place in this part of Czech Republic, especially to those who are travelling with their pets.

Couldn’t find any English Channel

The hotel is situated right in the middle of Trutnov and is in easy walking distance of the main sights. The hotel is very atmospheric and has a romantic feel to it. The receptionist was very helpful.

The rooms were fine, but the one at the front was very noisy due to traffic in the early morning and people in the street in the late evening. However, there is little that the hotel can do about that. The breakfast was good, but by the time that we got down for breakfast, many of the hot items were lukewarm.

Spacious rooms, nice staff, free parking just by the hotel. It needs some updates, but it’s totally enough for comfortable stay. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Dogs are allowed for a small additional fee.

Sauna was not working, hotel informed it is in renovation but there was no information before booking.

Centrally located, quick check-in, very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet had many options, nothing to complain. Interesting pictures of historic Trutnov along the corridors, some people may find it outdated, I liked it.

The layout of the twin room was rather strange, as it was a narrow room with two beds aligned along each other. That could have been better.

We had a nice stay in Trutnov. Stuff of the hotel was really friendly, breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. We were traveling with our dog, and we came by car (parking was available).

Room was already a bit “used” with some older furniture and without air conditioning. It was ok as we were outside most of the time, but you can see that this is not the most “fresh” hotel when it comes to interior.

Very nice cosy hotel by the market square, clean and comfortable with helpful staff and a breakfast that's fresh with quality ingredients.

Nothing, it's a place well run with good standards, many other hotels can learn from such a place.

Perfect central, quiet location, ideal carpark out back, dog friendly, exceptionally clean bathroom with great facilities, very comfortable bed, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Ideally located in the centre of town. The receptionist was very welcoming and found us a very good place to secure our bikes for the night. We had a large comfortable room which was away from the busy street. The breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel is convenient in the old city centre, staff is nice, breakfast was perfect with lot of varieties.

The floor in the room could be cleaner - it was dusty over the few days. A bit of dust in the cups in the breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was clean. Bad soundproofing from other rooms.

The hotel is located quite central, close to square & other town facilities.

One receptionist was very pleasant at our check-in.
