other guesthouses in the area does not provide some ammenities you may need but this place was wonderful, you don't have to worry about where to re-heat your food or where to wash your clothes since their shared spaces has it all. the owner is also very reaponsive and readily available if you need assistance. check-in/check-out process is also very simple.

while staying at guesthouses means you'll most likely make new friends with other travellers, that also means that some of them can be "bad" friends since the place is open for everyone. if you're a more introverted person or values your privacy, you may want to rethink. otherwise, feel free to enjoy the culture of guesthouses!

Great price for the place. Clean and room were pretty spacious. The owner is a very nice and kind person. The location was good. Bus stops close by. The coffee machine was legit! I have to have my "gourmet" coffee and the coffee machine was excellent. Washing machine, no dryer, was very useful! Water dispenser was very high-end, like the coffee machine, with cold & hot water. 2 big refrigerators in the kitchen were very clean and useful. Also, we have our own clean mini but big enough refrigerator in our room. Anyway, definitely, coming back when in Ulsan!

This is the best accommodation I have ever rented in South Korea! Very clean, cozy and excellent location of housing! Clean towels were brought every day. You can also enjoy free coffee. And an excellent Wi-Fi network. There was also a bathtub in the room. And a very affordable price! If one of my friends goes to Ulsan, I will definitely recommend your accommodation! Super!

It was a large bed. The pillows and bed itself were comfy. The room was also decently spaced. The bathrooms were clean. It was in the center of city hall so I could walk to stations.

For the price and what I got, everything was as advertised. I can't really complain about it. Nothing glaring stood out. If you wanted to interact with people, you probably wouldn't get it here though.

For a private room, the price is good. Everything is clean. It's self check in. The owner will send instruction before arrival. There's a fridge, hair dryer on the room. There's a free use washing machine on first floor (no dryer), coffee machine, water dispenser.

Firstly, location is awesome near Traditional market and city hall. Secondly, laundry facility availability because in that hot weather one has to wash clothes. Thirdly, overall experience was good and I recommend to everyone.

The guest house is clean, comfortable, and very affordable! It was really convenient for me to stay there as a solo traveller.

It’s a bit scary walking to the property through the streets if you’re alone at night. It’s a little bit dark and there are very few people around. If you have to arrive at the guest house alone after dark I recommend getting a taxi. But during the day it’s totally fine!

I didn't see stuff at all, it was self check in, but everything was crystal clear. The main room floor was heated, but this was the only heating source in the room. It was a really quiet neighborhood. Common kitchen on the first floor with free washing machine (but no dryer) I would stay there again

Great value for money! They have thought deeply about what is important to travellers and so for this affordable price, you will find so many facilities. Pleasant atmosphere and good location too.

Host/Staff was always reachable by mobile, but I never once saw them. I feel like one might miss out on a experience talking with a local who could give you tips, but I think this is very much a subjective critique.
