Excellent hotel with great facilities

During the stay, they changed their wifi address without informing patrons who were then automatically logged out without notification, so then used cell phone data without knowing it was occurring. The TV dropped out on occasions. Mosquitoes in entrance, dining room and on accomodation floors. While facilities were excellent and this is a quality hotel with no real equal in Rayong, Novatel have little competition and can charge higher prices than Bankok and they certainly do for accomodation and food.

WE DIDN'T LIKE LEAVING THAT WONDERFUL HOTEL.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have problem about air condition not cool in the room , The staff from Maintenance and Staff from front desk ready to help and check , then We got Prefer to change room due to its look like to take along time to fixed it , that’s good because We have a kids and We just finished activity from pool . and We also impress like the auto flush in toilet and bidet hose and warm toilet seat cover , finally The Bed is so perfect very big and comfy .

Breakfast good plenty of choice Swimming pool was lovely we visited during the week days so had it to ourselves Staff friendly helpful It is not in a tourist area but we had been in Pattaya so nice short break and quick taxi ride to some lovely restaurants where locals eat

The access to the swimming pool and fitness room you have to go through the restaurant breakfast room which was very odd and of course means you have to be dried and dressed not comfortable walking through in hotel robe as it is a conference centre only small problem but wonder who designed the building

Hotel was great. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in whilst in a hotel. Pillows were also the best. The bathroom facilities were top class and the toiletries provided smelt heavenly. Hotel staff were amazing. Great pool and free on site parking

No balcony or ability to open a window

good many variety of food for breakfast. Staff are very polite & nice. Mr Banana - the manager there is very helpful always.

it would be nice to have thai tea as one choice of beverage at breakfast,also like to have meat stick with sticky rice. ( our hotel in bangkok has those)

The breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection. The pool and gym were always very clean and the staff were always very helpful.

It's a good location for all the markets, shops and a shopping centre is not too far away, but a little too far if you want to go to the beach

The breakfast was exceptional, vast and various, with asian & western food. Delicious food at the restaurant as well ! The building is new with a modern decoration in the room, very cosy & comfy . Gym & nice pool outside The staff was kind and attentive to our requests.
