We fell in love with this hotel so much so that we never went out except for skiing. The fact that you could ski in front of the hotel and then straight to the heated depot to leave your skis was extremely helpful. The room was spacious and very clean designed with high quality decor pieces. The spa was wonderful, very clean and had so many different saunas and 3 pools one of which was outside having a spectacular view. My favourite was the quiet room, you’ll see what I’m talking about. The fine dining was delicious, every evening they would serve really interesting meals and there were plenty options to choose from.

I wish they would do a similar hotel but adults only.

the hotel is located at the entrance of the village and it is one of the biggest (and probably cheapest) in Obergurgl. Breakfast is regular but the dinner is really good. There are only one starter, one soup and the choice of one main course out of three options (so the quantity is not too much) but the quality is excellent. Nice also the heated outdoor pool, remarkable the free indoor parking garage.

We are a family of 5 and we stayed in the two-floors suite. In spite there are beds for 5 people it is definitely too small (or not well spaced). There is one double bed on the upper floor and two sofa beds on the lower floor. When the sofa beds are open it is difficult to move and not a table or a chair was there in. On the upper floor there is much empty space, why don't place a sofa bed upstairs? Blackout curtanins are not... blackout so you get up early (in the summer)

The food was good, but not amazing and not very traditional so depends on your preference. Was right next to a lift, but check it's the lift you want to get. Hotel split in two parts so bit of a confusing layout and walk to dinner and breakfast. Bar had little atmosphere Room was a bit cold at times, couldn't get thermostat to work, on the other hand restaurant area boiling. For a luxury hotel no conditioner Soft mattress

Beautiful property. In a fantastic location, connected to ski shop and lift. Food and staff are excellent. Lovely and quiet village but with amazing slopes and easy (free) access to even more in nearby Solden.

It is expensive and it was not great that having spent a week and a lot of money, when asking if a late checkout was available, being told it was €50 for 2 hours extra.

The hotel is large but doesn't feel impersonal, and the staff are very friendly. The location could not be better - the bubble is literally up some steps from the boot room! We stayed on half-board and enjoyed the food both at breakfast (the juicing machine was great) and at dinner, where there was a good choice and lots of courses.

I can't think of anything I didn't like! I will definitely go back.

Paying extra for water at dinner and extra for parking, given the overall cost, was quite difficult to accept.

Lovely modern hotel with excellent staff and great service. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-cleaned, with lots of daylight. The food was excellent, always fresh and tasty, you could tell that only good quality produce and groceries are being used. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and outgoing. The spa area is nice, simple, and relaxing, I liked the outdoor pool with the view.

It was chilly in the restaurant sometimes, making it not so pleasant to be there. Also, the omelette/egg bar wasn't adequately ventilated during breakfast, so after you leave, all your clothing would soak up the oil and egg smell. Would've been nice if the textile sauna had as many options (or at least more than two) as the "no textile" sauna.

Really appreciated the free upgrade. Room was fab. Amazing spa. Great having ski shop and ski lift on site

Didn't understand why the windows were always open next to the indoor swimming pool. We were taking a pre breakfast swim daily and it was always chilly.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious meals, great facilities , I.e. SPA, pools, Rita‘s sauna sessions we’re fantastic , location is very good, ski depot has exit right to festkoglbahn lift. Kids loved Kinder Club activities driven by Daniela and were going from club to pools and back :)

It’s very clean and all the staff are friendly. It’s a good ski resort near gondola with good boot room and apres ski. Bar and wine lodge are lovely. The staff really go above and beyond. Bespoke cocktails and service. Fabulous!

The restaurant had some issues with organisation and staff, there didn’t seem to be a chain of command so you didn’t know who was serving you. It spoilt New Year’s Eve.
