Everything! Perfect Hotel, big in size, specially compared to other hotels in HK, perfect location, beautiful view over the harbour, amazing very kind and helpful staff. the breakfast buffet is really delicious as well! We would def come back and stay here again, our stay was perfect! the hotel is in a mall which makes it nice to just stroll around for shopping and eating. the area itself has a lot of cute coffee shop, there is a lot of food in walking distance, MRT is in walking distance as well. very safe area, we sometimes go for an evening walk and the area is super safe, no need to worry about anything, not as crowded as the Tsim Sha Shui in the evening which we loved! Hotel room is clean, everything is new, nice nespresso coffee and delicious tea, we will for sure stay here again on our next trip! highly recommended!

New hotel which at first sight may seem disconnected to main areas however once navigation through the mall is understood it’s right on queens road. For that minor inconvenience you gain on room size and a mall right on your doorstep. Short trip so didn’t use the restaurant, gym etc but facilities are all brand new and check in staff all great

Hopewell Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I've travelled to many countries and stayed at several hotels that are 5 stars and does not compare. Rooms are beautiful, well thought out and laid out, clean, spacious, modern, friendly, and the location was perfect! All that is provided inside the room is environmentally friendly. I am super picky with bathroom cleanliness especially where the grout is and housekeeping truly maintains the cleanliness of it and hope they continue to in the future considering the hotel was fairly new when we stayed. The housekeeping manager also touch base with you if the rooms meet our expectations and I am super impressed. Never experienced this in any other countries in North America and Europe. Wan Chai location is great with easy access to MTR and the mall within Hopewell makes it more fun and easy for us to get food or products. Not to mention some great shoe stores like New Balance and Adidas, Watsons, and some real gems of unique products - all downstairs from the hotel. The staff are super nice and accommodating and will go above and beyond to help you with what you need. I asked the lobby staff where to go for the best claypot rice and she took the time to find out and printed out a map for me with several locations. Never experienced this level of customer service. I am so impressed with this hotel that I will stay here again in the future. Thank you Hopewell for making our stay so comfortable and convenient.

The only thing I would recommend the hotel to change is their conditioner - that is my only complaint as it felt like body wash and did not condition my hair. I had to get my own conditioner. In addition, the elevators were a bit hard to follow. There are several elevators and when the light blinks I find myself running to it before the door closes.

Very spacious hotel and very nice view from the hotel room. Breakfast was fabulous as well with a wide variety. Good value for money because there is opening promotion.

Air-con a bit too cold.

The Hopewell Hotel (in The Hopewell Centre) is a very modern hotel offering cleanliness, security, convenience and comfort. Housing many restaurants, shops to meet all needs, gymnasium, pool, game sites and situated in an affluent area with easy access to many of Hong Kong's visitor sites. Staff were friendly and readily available to meet and answer queries. We stayed at a time to benefit from Booking.com's discounts so were comfortable to meet costs. Offered also are many shops and cafes offering a variety of cultural foods and clothing.

We missed not having any maps, and sources of information about Hong Kong and it's attractions. However, taxis are readily available and English is readily understood by most of the local people. A radio/alarm in the room would also have been useful. Refridgerator had difficulty coping without a temperature adjustment.

I stayed with my wife and son at the Hopewell Hotel for the first time during 13-16 February（room 3909) I went to the lobby cafe/bar for a 3 days in the afternoon, each day I had 8-9 cocktails. I would like to give compliments to Jimmy Lau, Henry, Thia Tong and Torsten Poon for their great customer service and also their professional cocktail-making. They made some of the best cocktails I had ever had around many cities I had visited. We had an overall good experience during our stay. Though the hotel is still very new so some services and hardware still needs to be further fine tuned, we will stay again next time.

Pillows so soft

Very clean, stylish and service was top quality. Staff are very polite and helpful, and even upgraded my room when I checked in. Rooms are extremely comfortable and well stocked. Shower is excellent with perfect water pressure and temp controls, and the hotel also provide good amenities. The hotel is located on the 19th floor of the Hopewell Centre which may be a bit confusing to get to at first but this is not an issue. Its location also means it is well located, with MTR station and shopping in close proximity.

My only suggestion is if the room could come stocked with a bottle of water when I check in

Pretty good value for this level of hotel. I guess its because its new & they are working out the kinks. If you can figure out the elevators and escalators to get down to Queens Road East, its a good location with many buses up front.

Not all the kinks have been worked out because the hotel is new: - hot water machine instructions are unintelligible - A/C vent came lose & fell during our stay - eggs at breakfast were pre-fried and not made to order - no proper cream (heavy cream if you are from the US)

Breakfast was very good and tasty. The hotel is rather overcrowded so be ready to wait a little but in a line for a coffee. Hotel’s design is fascinating, in a suit you will have everything you need except an iron. Really good hairdryer, loved it! I was touched that they made a little welcome present for me even though my birthday was not during the days of staying but close. Thank you!

There is no entrance from a street, be ready to walk through a shopping center and take time in elevators. No iron in a room :(

We took breakfast for an additional fee in the restaurant near the lobby - they were good. a lot of food - there is plenty to choose from 😍🙏🏻
