It was a nice building that felt really private. The parking options were amazing and the location was good. The bathroom, kitchen & sleeping area? Perfect! I felt at home

Sadly I couldn’t work out how my dishwasher worked so I had to wash the dishes by hand. The room felt a bit dirty and disgusting (especially the bed - since there is no fresh air available, only AC) so maybe there should be a cleaning service even during a 7 day stay (it’s offered after 10 days).

Budget friendly, has all amenities. Pretty much self checkin and check out, but instructions are very clear and precise. Close 15 mins walk from train station, closest bus stop is 5 mins away. Everything was top notch. The view was amazing.

No grocery store nearby. The closest one is 10 mins away. That's a business idea in waiting. Anyone setting up a small time store would be making sure shot money.

The room is spacious and comfortable, it is adapted for everything, so you can really feel at home: a meal table for two, comfortable chairs where you can sit and relax, a well equipped kitchen, even with a dishwasher! I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I am planning to come back.

Just two pillows in the room, it would be great if we could have access to more (I found extra towels, but no extra pillow).

The staff were super friendly and attentive. My leaving flight was cancelled and I needed to stay extra nights and they were very fast to extend my stay. Wonderful service!

The location of the lock box to get the keys and enter the building was not too clear and it would be helpful to have some pictures with the precise entry door and lock box. I had to ask other people in the premises for help.

We are very pleased with our stay and the value for money. The apartment was well-equipped and the location was good for accessing most of what we wanted. When we called the reception for help it was polite and efficient.

Our TV remote batteries were flat and there was no cable to the music box but these are small details that were corrected quickly by the staff. We also would have liked brighter lights in the bathroom and maybe an extra pillow could have been in the cupboard.

Clean and sufficiently furnished. No breakfast, no room cleaning, more like at home, in a studio with a reasonably equiped kitchen, for a reasonable price. Staffless operation worked w/o any issues. The distance to the city centre is actually not large.

The location is a bit grim, ideal for railway lovers. But that's not a major issue, especially if you are in a higher floor. Even if the room (4th floor) was oriented towards the tracks, no significant noise there.

I like the parking is free, spacious rooms and the nice service we have received while we have been staying at the hotel. The misses that have been have been quickly fixed by a friendly staff. There's a reason we have returned to this hotel year after year.

The only thing I have to complain about is that some people park for the night on the 30min parking space where you're meant to stay when you check in and out to get closer with the baggage. And that it should be more items in the self fix shelf by the old reception on times when the hotel is fully (or close to fully) booked, this was however better managed now during the summer than in the winter.

It was comfortable because we came to the hotel each evening and had everything we needed to be settled and satisfied. I had brought a freezer bag of cooked meals in lunchboxes and it was so nice that we could use the fridge and freezer to store it in, take out and heat it in the microwave. I could also make some instant cappuccino thanks to the water boiler (? Idk the name for those but you get me) and next time I visit, I should bring a small milk as well as a box of sugar. You had some there already but I do prefer the "real deal". I understand that it would be unnecessary to have that in the hotel already, as not all guests use milk or sugar, and so the risk of it getting expired and unused is high. I also want to say that I got away so cheap with this and I'm so grateful for that (I booked really early) because our budget is not superb.

Not the Hotel's fault - But the flush-button on the toilet sometimes got stuck and then didn't flush very well... Also, as I was traveling with a friend, the bed was a little slim because she is a little bigger than I am and I sort of slept on the edge... we slept okay still because the bed was comfy! But maybe next time I'll try seeing if you guys have any twin beds instead haha

Cleanliness in the apartment quite a bit of dust on the floor and under the bed. Fridge was a bit messy and also cutlery wasn’t all that clean. We had to clean them by ourselves before using them.

That everything was in place (with one tiny exeption), the room was clean and there was possibility to rent the bike. The building is close to the train / bus station. The contact with the room administrator was great, prompt and very supportive.

There was no brush and dustpan in the room and I think that would be convinient to have it.
