The hotel is located close to both the airport and the downtown area. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast offers excellent variety.

The WiFi!!! I used the free access network, and also asked the staff for the password for the other. In both cases, the internet speed would constantly drop (to 100 kBit/s). I was travelling for work with a lot of stuff to cover remotely. It was basically impossible. The hotel is a bit dated in terms of furniture, but that was not a major issue.

I liked the reception staff, who were very friendly and helpful, both the one who checked me in and (in particular) the one who checked me out. I also liked the breakfast spread, which was well presented and good with plenty of variety. Room was nice and quiet. The price was very reasonable, but then Sweden is surprising reasonably priced in general, these days.

The pillows were a little small. Also no coffee making facilities in the rooms but plenty of coffee available at breakfast.

The restaurant on site was good both for breakfast and dinner. The location was convenient. Nice view on the canal (if your room is on the right side of the building).

There was some noise from the passing trains but it did not disturb my sleep. I wish there was a water kettle in the room.

The breakfast was excellent. It was conveniently located to multiple restaurants available for dinner.

I did not expect to have to pay for parking in the hotel lot. I should have been notified when I booked the room that there would be this charge!

Very close to the airport. Very convenient when you fly for work. The hotel is clean, spacious, and the staff always friendly and ready to help. Amazing breakfast with plenty options.

Friendly staff and great hospitality. Great restaurant and quality food selection. Latter was a pleasant surprise. Nice location by the river, and close to shopping, train station etc.

The room interior was a bit too much IKEA like. A for some reason single beds are still the standard in many Swedish hotels. I would have preferred King og Queen bed size. Shower in bathroom was a bit tiny, but functional. The value for money was a bit high.

Very close to the canal and ideal for walking.

5th floor is not ideal when you are travelling with a dog. He is very good but you always worry that there might be an accident on the route down to street access.i

Wow. This is really one of the best Scandic I have been to, and I’ve been to many. Very clean and nice hotel with great staff. The breakfast is incredible and just beautiful location.

City location, friendly staff, nice hotel. Great bikes for free rental. Very useful.

The room is smelly (also noticed this on my last visit), furniture/interior is a bit aging and could use an overhaul.

Modern, great view, friendly staff, FANTASTIC BREAKFAST! Walking distance to many nice stores and restaurants!
