I would absolutely recommend this hotel & stay again! Central location on the corner of the Square which I could see from my window. Heavy duty windows blocked out a lot of noise from the super busy, lively square late on wknd nights. Very comfortable small double room full of light with plenty of space & clothes storage/hanging. Lovely bathroom with bath & shower. Tea/coffee, kettle, fridge & telephone. Exceptional buffet breakfast included in room price which was kept very tidy & well stocked with much variety😋

Couldn't work shower & there was no plug to take an early morning bath either. Sorted later by a very helpful staff member who provided a plug for the bath & was as confused as I was about the shower😄 A quick call to colleagues & all that was required was to turn the water spout sideways. Had to ask for a hairdryer.

The location is perfect, and the amenities were good. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff were wonderful, especially Inca who looked after us really well. The restaurant & bar within the hotel has top-notch food, and quite reasonably priced. We also got a 50krona voucher each to use in the restaurant. The hotel is also great value for money, especially given its location. We would quite happily stay here again, but not when the weather is hot.

You can hear some noise from outside, and there is no a/c which might be a problem in summer. There is a portable fan provided though. The room is on the small side, but it was adequate for us as we only had a carry-on luggage each. It would have been a challenge if we had our check-in luggage.

A very positive experience. The room was spacious, tidy, clean, and quiet. Great desk and TV (good channel options). Really happy with the bathroom, super tidy. Outstanding location as well. The breakfast was amazing (except the scrambled eggs, that was awful), so many choices and it was all fresh, with plenty of seating spaces to sit, near windows and also outdoor seating area. The reception staff were fantastic as well, so helpful and polite. For this price it was a 10/10 stay, no doubt. My boyfriend and I returned for another stay a few days later, it was THAT good.

Them scrambled eggs!

Location in the heart of the city. Despite loud surroundings (many restaurants, night life), the room was quiet. Comfortable bed and pillow. Spacious room. Great breakfast.

There was no shower tray, so the water was on the bathroom floor despite proper closing of shower door. Also, my colleague didn’t get her breakfast package in the day of departure early morning although she asked for it.

Location is amazing, right on the “town square” where everything happens. The staff is incredible!! We had so many problems with flight and getting there, and the staff was supportive, helpful and just delightful. We ended up staying for an extra night! Breakfast is great and you also have the Tapas bar right there! I can only recommend ☺️

Comfy room, great breakfast and central position! I stayed for a night, my room had everything I needed and the staff were very helpful.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. My room faced the theatre and it was Saturday night so there was a bit of noise outside but I had no problems sleeping.

The breakfast was fantastic! Spacious room and comfortable bed. Very good location.

-too many mirrors in the room. One would be enough. -The lock on the door didn't seem safe. It was surely safe but i was a bit suspicious about it. Also, very loud, the neighbors' door closing woke me up several times.

Location great, food vouchers, breakfast was fantastic. Parking in the building, although it is Sek240 per night for parking

Bathroom, basin was cracked, made it feel unclean enough it was. I think the cracked basin made it feel like it. Only wash provided.

Excellent location. Very nice desk staff. Good breakfast. Extra pillows in the room.

Need more shelves in the bathroom. I suspect they used powdered eggs rather real ones for the scrambled eggs at breakfast,

Access to the gym just around the corner, lovely personnel. Heated floor in the bathroom. The location is in the city center, close to all amenities

It was rather cold in the room, but there were blankets available, so easy to sort it out.
