The room was spacious, instead of an extra bed there was a bunk bed, which is more comfortable compared to standard extra beds. We were nicely surprised by the well-equipped and well-maintained children's play area. Breakfast was rich, the lobby bar was open late but the rooms were completely quiet. The hotel has a very good restaurant with a terrace overlooking the neighbouring park. The park itself is beautiful and large, we appreciated the children's playground. The hotel provided plenty of facilities in the lobby and elsewhere for people to relax or work, there were also board games available. Overall the hotel highly exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location. Most of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I much appreciated being able to get hot or cold water any time to do tea of coffee (from the reception area). Lots of nice places to sit with friends or visitors besides one's hotel room or restaurant; I really liked that aspect. Right next to gardens and good walks. Generally very happy with my stay and would visit again.

While the room was comfortable and well situated (nice and quite), there were some relatively minor downsides. Like you need to book room tidying the day before, the soap and paper in the bathroom was pretty limited (I basically bought my own soaps and shampoo, they gave OK stuff but as mentioned rather limited amounts). There was no kettle, so if doing coffee or tea in the evening had to run down to reception to get hot water. No fridge, but I didn't need that. So, if you plan around such, suitable prepared (as I will be next time) it is pretty sure to be a good stay.

A very nice hotel, all in all a very clean hotel with nice hotel staff. It would also be a great choice for families. Only stayed for two nights but it seamed to be centrally located - yet quiet and good neighborhood. Was there on business so not sure about the towns main attractions.

I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. I thought this could be done using a door indicator rather than having to specifically ask. Menu for restaurant was not available in English. This was an easy thing to fix.

We liked the location, the facilities at the hotel and the breakfast. The location was perfect with regard to our location for work, as well as the city centre and possibilities for making walks.

There was no way to ventilate in the room because the windows did not open. In addition, one could not regulate the temperature and air refreshment. Being with 2 people for 3 days in the same room it became a bit warm and stuffy. Furthermore I was taking a meeting in the bridge area on the second floor and the wifi was breaking up constantly. There were no problems with WIFI in the hotel room itself.

Location of the facility is in a perfect spot to walk around. .

Your Wi-Fi connection is terribly poor in the rooms, including my colleagues room we had to sit in the corridor chatting & working. Other guests thought we are stupid working in the corridor & at times chatting with our family members. That was honestly sad. I had asked for a room that carter's for my needs as a person with permanent physical disabilities, your front desk lady (I still remember her name & face) told me to move stuff around by myself, I didn't like that.

The staff were excellent. The bartender made our evening more fun, the reception and staff were helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and spacious, their layouts really well done.

The bedsofa was a bit hard. The parking lot was cramped with small spaces.

The hotel has excellent staff, a wonderful breakfast (with great variety), and clean rooms. Shampoo and body wash is included. The experience is still as good as it was back in 2019, which is very impressive and commendable. The price was also quite reasonable.

Our stay here was excellent! The location is superb, close to everything, yet in a quiet and clam area adjacent to the main park. The hotel is very fresh and the room was spacious and very well furnished. Even though there were many families with small kids staying, there was no noice from other rooms. Breakfast was also great.

There was no fridge or coffee/tea making equipment in the room. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
