The apartment felt nice and well equipped. The bathroom and storage opportunities are very spacious. Everything seemed clean. The view (from the 7th floor) over the city was great and even though you can see the airport, you hardly ever hear it due to the good soundproofing. Even though the place doesn't have a reception, you feel overall cared for as they provide contact details for every eventuality – but I didn’t end up needing it as everything was in order!

Small downside of the location, if you’re using public transport to get around: the buses mostly go every 20-30 mins and the last one going there on week days arrives around midnight. The next supermarket is a few kilometres away.

This is my go to standard in Linköping, I've been never disappointed while staying here. You cannot find any better value for money in the whole city.

Parking is not for free anymore but price is very low. You will need an app account though for paying the parking fee, and getting one was very painful. It took us almost 30 minutes to pay for the parking and it was extremely frustrating. I recommend to pre-install the parking app (LinPark) prior arrival, accommodation should be informing about this. It was very warm inside the room, air conditioning or fan would be a nice improvement. I recommend to open a window immediately after the arrival to get a good night sleep later.

Great size room. The room itself was very clean. Comfortable bed. The view was pretty. Simple diections and communications made arriving and leaving easy.

The staircase is filthy with dust and rubbish from floor 1 up to floor 7. The was football practice in the stadium and if it was busy, I could imagine it could get quite loud. A 20min walk to town, but there are regular busses just outside. No super close grocery store to pick up think lik laundry detergent.

I had to call the 24/7 service as there was a mistake and I was given the wrong codes in the information email. I could get in the building but I could not enter the flat with the code in the email. When I called I was told there was an error in the original email. This was a bit stressful as it was late at night but luckily the 24/7 call service helped me out with new codes.

I appreciate the kind communication and fast responses. Appartement size and its equipment are perfect. I also value the quiet, clean and contactless environment.

Some shower caddy for own shower gels, shampoos etc. would be great.

It was clean and spacious. There was a washing machine with drying combo machine and plenty of hangers. Nice open view and we had a room on the 5th floor. It’s unmanned. We received the door codes well in advance. No restrictions on what time we arrived.

It was a very hot day and there was no air-conditioning and no fan.

Comfortable and functional flat with a nice view

It's located in a isolated part of town, so not much to do if you just want to step out and take a walk. But if you want to want to visit a sport event in one of the nearby stadiums you'll be at just the right place.

The price, location and room was very good and had pretty much everything we needed. Free parking outside, and otherwise very cheap parking just a short walk away. The room was clean and decently sized.

The room was very warm with no AC or any windows that could be opened properly..

Cool location with view on the football pitch. The apartment has all you wish for. We cooked 2 nights and went out for dinner the last night. Nothing, all by door codes seems impersonal, but it in fact is tailored to our liking.

The overall experience was extremely smooth. All the instructions, I received them well in advance allowing me to prepare accordingly. Even in the property, everything was clearly marked and I was properly guided to have the best possible experience.
