What a fun place to stay! We really LOVED all the references to Fawlty Towers in the lobby. The family room we booked was HUGE, with two separate bedrooms and a large comfy bathroom. Beds were super comfy as well. As we came in August, the hotel provided us with fans for our rooms, which was a nice touch. The breakfast bar was so generous and delicious. There were vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options clearly labelled for guests. Both continental (cold) and hot breakfast items were available. I particularly liked the "ginger shots" - I put one in my apple juice and felt great all day. The staff were warm and welcoming. The restaurant space was both light and airy - I would have happily spend more time there. And it is RIGHT across the street from the train station - it literally took us less than 2 minutes to get to the hotel once we got off the train.

We were on the first floor (which was fine) but it was a very warm day, and when we kept the window open to get some air, it was a bit noisy in one of the bedrooms. I don't think this would normally be a problem if Sweden wasn't having such an unusally warm summer.

The location was perfect, just in front of the train station. Room was rather big, much much bigger than the description of the quadruple room gave a idea. It was 2 separate bedrooms, so ended up being very comfortable! Beds were very comfortable and the area was really quiet actually. Reception personnel where really helpful when i forgot my room key and wallet inside the room.

Maybe a better choice for gluten-free bread, but that's hardly something hotels can control easy!

Dear Sophie and Erika, Unfortunately, the three of us only stayed with you for one night. It was a wonderful stay, and we wanted for nothing. You have a very beautiful hotel. Every detail shows that you really enjoy your work. We felt very comfortable from the start. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and lovingly prepared. The location on the edge of town is within walking distance of the city center. Breakfast was good and the room was nice. Nothing extraordinary but nice all the same. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an older building and sound insulation must not have been a consideration. It was quite noisy. Also, there's a concert venue nearby. This was VERY loud until about midnight.

Staff was super friendly and a very nice place to stay. Very clean and a charming hotel highly recommended.

The single room is really small, but it was just fine for one night. But it was very affordable, and across the street from the train station. No complaints great place to stay.

“Family room” consisting of two rooms + bathroom, nice and friendly atmosphere with quirky details, thoughtful touches such as 24h coffee & tea, of street parking, outside terrace, walking distance from shops and restaurants.

It being in an old building there are certain limitations such as the smallish bathroom, but that’s to be expected. A door between both bedrooms might further increase comfort yet be a tight squeeze. We would have appreciated natural (non-sweetened) yoghurt at breakfast, but that’s really nick picking.

Friendly staff, central location opposite rail station. Car parking provided at additional cost. The WiFi worked well and there was a reasonable selection of items for breakfast.

My room was very close to reception, which meant sleep ended at 6am when the staff arrived to prepare breakfast. I would definitely stay again, perhaps further away from the front desk.

The hotel is great and I love to come there ever again, great room with nice view, breakfast with wide selection and very helpful staff. You almost fall into the central station. Nice design!

As almost everywhere in Sweden you have same beds that are too soft for me to sleep really well. But so it is a problem of me and not of the hotel.

The location is perfect, close t the train and bus stations, and a short walk from the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, certainly more welcoming than their namesake hotel. I also particularly liked the breakfast area that during the evenings became a perfect spot for doing some work while enjoying a beer.

My room was right next to the reception, and unfortunately the sound insulation was poor - I heard every bell ringing and every conversation.

The location is excellent - close to train station and busses, as well as centrally located in town. It is an old building with a lot of charm. I had a very big nice room. There was a nice place in the restaurant to get coffee or a glass of wine.
