The location is great. The hotel is very modern and clean, and the room is very comfortable. The free laundry is great for longer stays, and the kitchen is also sufficient for a few weeks. Last, but not least, they have the most helpful hotel staff I've ever encountered in Sweden.

There's no temperature control in the room, so you need to ask for a fan at the reception if it's too warm. However, keep in mind that the reception closes at 21:00.

Great location, close to the train/bus stations and easy enough to walk into the centre of Linköping. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment, nice and roomy, towels and linens provided as well as an iron&ironing board, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and stove top. Pans, utensils and crockery all provided and decent quality. Rooms were so quiet considering it was ‘freshers week’, as soon as we shut doors and windows we couldn’t hear outside and family staying opposite couldn’t hear our two children. Travel cot was provided for my youngest.

Sofa bed was very creaky, but ignorable as we were very tired each night.

The location was perfect with the bus stop just up the road and the center of town a short walk.away Having a washing machine was a wonderful addition .The apartment was modern and besitifully decorated. It was also great being able to Chromecast to the TV .

With the Sun going down at 10pm and coming up at 3AM .it would have been great to have total blackout curtains .Next time, I will request .

Comfortable, clean, modern, room had well- furnished kitchenette, bathroom was equipped with washer & dryer and they even provided us with free detergent for 2 washes.

- guests must take out the trash before checkout, otherwise they charge you extra, which isn’t something I’ve encountered at other hotels (it isn’t included in the room cleaning for some reason) - they don’t have a restaurant at the hotel from what I gathered, so you must eat in the city or cook all your own meals

Super central within walking distance from city centre and train station. Very comfortable, modern and fully equipped studio. Helpful and friendly staff at reception.

A little more attention to detail in the cleaning would have been appreciated as kitchenware wasn’t thoroughly cleaned after use by previous guests and a few hairs and fluff were found in the bed linen, albeit the bed linen was and smelled clean.

Stayed here for 4 weeks. We loved everything. The balcony, the friendly staff, the apartement itself, the parking space in the garage (even if you pay extra), the washing/dryer machine.

People smoking on the balcony all the time (especially in the last two weeks we were there). It us NON SMOKING (even on the balcony). Maybe the reception should point that out to the guests when checking in.

Sadly Linkoping lacks high quality hotels, and those that that pretend to be, are dated and over priced. So, this accommodation is easily the best in the city and for the price, it is exceptional value, modern, clean and perfectly located.

Fully equipped apartment, love the location and the design of the apartments. Staff are amazing and helpful. We love the place.

Beds and pillows could be better, for a longer trip as we did it gets uncomfortable after a while. I brought my own pillow. But other than that we love the place.

The property was cosy, clean, comfortable just perfect to stay for a few nights and cook your breakfast and a quick dinner. The staff were very welcoming and eager to help to make the stay exceptional. They were friendly and always greeted with a smile. The property is closed to the train station, supermarket, shops and cafes and restaurants.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The location was nice; grocery store and other shops well within walking distance and the staff were friendly. Kitchen was easy to use and keep clean.

I do wish there was air conditioning. It was very hot, and I had to crack open the balcony door which let a lot of noise in.
