The hotel and our room was nice and very clean, had a newly renovated bathroom. We got great value for what we paid and the location was convenient, across the street from the train station. Breakfast was awesome! The room didn't have A/C, but a very well working fan, which brought us well tempered through the Swedish summer night.

Our room was facing the main street with quite a lot of traffic and the windows weren't very well insulated, so it was pretty loud. If you're staying here and are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the inner yard.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and an excellent shower. It was a nice touch to have coffee, tea, and fruit available. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

With the window open, we could hear cars and passing trains during the night, which is understandable because of the location. It might be noisy for light sleepers, but we still slept well.

It was located just in the back of city center and made it easy to drive with the car. Public parking was available and costs 180 SEK for 24 hours. There were shelves dilled with some glasses, cups, tea bags and instant coffee in each floor which it was really nice to see them there.Staff were really helpful.

Everything worked as it is supposed to but, the building was a bit old and room needed a refresh specially in the bathrooms.

Nice hotel to stay overnight in Linköping. Breakfast is amazing, one of the best in Sweden. We also got a larger room than we booked. Amazing variety and amount of food. The location is very central.

Hard to keep the bathroom floor not wet everywhere after taking shower, The parking is a bit problematic, but it is a general issue of Linköping due to unhumanistic Dukaten company.

Good location, very practical and thoughtful. No nonsense

It depends who is on duty. We had very nice breakfast the first morning as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The second morning was not that good bye same food and drinks but the layouts were different and the staff on duty was not that cheerful.

This is a really good, professionally designed and run hotel. Good location: safe, close to train station and buses, reasonable walk to city centre. Friendly welcome at reception. Simple check in. Pleasant, modern, quiet room - triple glazed windows and double door to corridor! Small desk and chair but plenty of power points. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Comfortable chair. Stand for luggage, sensible storage space and a refrigerator. Excellent shower with easy controls. Everything was very clean and the housekeeping staff were delightful. Good value with a good breakfast included.

The room is well located within the main transport hub. Convenient to move around from the hotel.

The water from shower area tends to spill over to the other parts of the toilet. The electrical points for charging of gadgets seem to be too low to the floor and not located within reach from the bed.

I booked the place because it was near the railway station. What i didn't think of is the noise of the trains bothering my sleep :( otherwise it is a comfortable and easy to reach place

The location is great. The room was small, but nice. Breakfast was good. Additional payment (125sek) for the dogs is reasonable. Parking via EasyPark app 115sek/24hrs.

To get to the elevator first you need to go one stairs up or down.

Breakfast very good, to my opinion it has everything what you need.

Had small accident about my dogs, and other client who stayed in hotel. the receptionist who worked there for first day of our staying was not quite professional, did not try to manage for both sides - just put me in bad position with out trying to find out more about what happen. But I can definitely give 10⭐️to receptionist Mattias, who deal this conflict professionally. Otherwise, satisfied with our staying in hotel.
