Excellent hotel with a amazing view of the central square of Tam Dao. Even more exciting would be to swim in the outdoor panoramic pool on the roof. But in winter we were content with the hot bathtub in the room, which is also very nice
The room was too cold when we arrived as if it had been aired out since the previous weekend, and the air conditioner only heats the room when you are in it. So we warmed it up for a long time

The location is excellent. Sitting out on a beautiful balcony looking directly on Tam Dao square. The doors and windows blocked out all the sound from the streets. Facilities in the room were great robes, tea and coffee, toiletries and room service. Staff were very accomadating even with having very little english.
We stayed soon after covid restrictions were lifted so the room was a little damp and dusty which is understandable. The room did have central heating which worked very well but unfortunetly the dust made us sick after our visit.
