Everything. I had a great get-away at Amaya Home. The Home is located in a beautiful, peaceful forest, and designed with privacy in mind. The staff is attentive and caring. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, especially the steak, salmon, and pork ribs. Drinks like the egg coffee and citrus drink were delicious. The massage service is also worth trying, as they tailor treatments to your needs. Highly recommend! The very first place got 10 points from the kids. They also offer team building or outdoor activities for kids at Cerf Valant right next to it (will try next time), and hiking activity to Ham Lon trail.

One downside was that the water pressure on the second floor was a bit low, but everything else was great!

The beautiful grounds, the clean & modern rooms, the attentive staff and the amenities (spa, pool, sauna and steam room), are totally worth the positive reviews. We stayed here on our last night in Vietnam due to an early flight home the next morning, as we wanted some peace and quiet. Amaya Home delivered. We loved our 'alpine style' room, the bed was super comfortable, the aircon worked well and the bar fridge was bursting with (extremely expensive!) goodies. On a side note and the only other reason to come to this area, you MUST check out the Thang Chuong Viet Palace. What an incredible, private collection of Vietnamese art and antiquities. Wow!

Unfortunately, due to the hotels remoteness, the restaurant food is ridiculously overpriced and there are literally no other dining options nearby. While it may be classed "fine dining" and the food is nicely presented and tasty, the portions were quite small vs the price and all of our mains came out separately and stone cold. We had hoped to share an awesome dinner for our last night but sadly, we all just watched each other eat. The food and beverages here are easily 10x the price of food in Hanoi. This slightly soured an otherwise lovely stay.

Very, helpful, kind, lovely staff- Susan and Ruby were exceptionally kind, made sure we had a lovely time and felt comfortable the entire stay. Susan kindly offered us somewhere comfortable to be even after check out while waiting for our taxi. Ruby was very friendly and helpful answering our questions and helping with our bags. The food was amazing, very comfortable rooms with lovely beds, the spa we were able to use as we wished, even after check out! We were able to check in early and we got there early, no extra cost. We also were able to check out late at no extra cost. Everything was clean, the swimming pool was amazing. We were given free starter and dessert on our final night as a thank you for staying which made us feel very grateful to the staff. Overall this place is heaven! Amazing people and we had a fantastic experience for our final days in Vietnam! Would happily return! Thank you !!

Nothing everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Amaya Home. The property is beautiful! The facilities are fantastic! We loved the pool and the spa - we used them both days on our stay. It was lovely to wake up and start the day with a hot sauna and then a swim in the pool! I also enjoyed dthe most incredible 90min massage treatment at the spa and wow this was one of the best massages I've ever had in my life!! The therapist was absolutely fantastic! I highly reccomend you book in during your stay! All of the staff here are wonderful! So kind, helpful and attentive! Management have done a great job training the staff here -they should all be very roud they are great at their jobs! The food at dinner was delicious! Especially the duck! Great drinks and the breakfast is outstanding! Such a variety to choose from the buffet and you get to order a hot meal from the restaurant aswell! True 5 start service at a really affordable price! Everything was just great and we will definitely be back to stay again! The property isn't far from the airport and we think this is a great place to stay when you first arrive in Hanoi or before you fly out to have some time to relax and enjoy it 🤗

The bed in our room the springs were very squeaky and it woke us up alot. That's the only negative we have.

Amaya Home was everything I needed as my last stop in Vietnam. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees and fresh mountain air. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view over the gardens. The staff at reception, the restaurant, and the bar were all incredibly lovely and accommodating, genuinely welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The spa was excellent. I tried a few of the massage options, from relaxing to more therapeutic styles, and each one was fantastic. The staff knew what they were doing, and the setting made it even more calming. I left every session feeling refreshed and well looked after, I especially loved sipping the herbal tea and looking over the beautiful gardens and pool.

Amaya Home was a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi city for our last night in Vietnam. It was so calm and the grounds were beautiful. We loved the jacuzzi and swimming pool. The staff were so kind and friendly and added some lovely touches to the stay as it was part of our honeymoon. We had a great chat with one of the staff at dinner and the food was delicious :) they also organised our transfer to the airport which took the hassle out of doing it ourselves. All in all a great stay, would recommend to anyone who wants a calm space to relax.

We have no complaints as we were happy to stay in the grounds but if you wished to go out for food or drinks the location is quite remote so it may be difficult if you do not know the area.

Amaya home is very conveniently located close to the airport (30 min drive) and in walking distance from Thanh Chuong’s Viet palace which is a very interesting place to visit, plus it is very well arranged among lush greenery, so it is ideal to relax after or before a long flight. Our room was spacious, charming, very clean and quiet, with a nice veranda. The staff was pleasant, polite and professional. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, we would stay again!

We would prefer Vietnamese food in the restaurant. After 23 days in Vietnam and the pleasure of eating delicious food with fresh and full of flavors ingredients, Western cuisine with bacon and au gratin plates was rather an abrupt return to reality.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Beautiful grounds , pool and spa. The hotel was on the outskirts of Hanoi which meant that there was a-lot of beautiful wildlife.

For us a young family (2 adults and 2 children ages 1 and 3). The hotel was far out from activities and other food options other than what was offered at the hotel. However the hotel helped find options for us to do with the kids and organised the transport needed. The hotel was absolutely beautiful but probably not suited to our children’s needs. However Would 100% recommend to anyone considering staying here. Thank you Susan and the team for a beautiful stay !

We loved all of it! Wanted to avoid the hustle of Hanoi before our flight back to the uk. Booked Anaya Home and arrived in paradise. It is located in a forest and has beautiful gardens and a pool. It also has a sauna, steam room and hot tub. We stayed in a room with an outside bath which was beautiful. The bar and dining area is super stylish and the food is of a level of a high end boutique hotel. The chef is outstanding and the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the food is excellent. All of the staff go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing time. They are super friendly and can not do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. Thank you so much for your hospitality and warm welcome, we loved staying here 😊

It was all amazing

Before we arrived at Amaya Home I was in contact with the lovely Susan who went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. She greeted us with a huge smile and after checking into our beautiful family room we then went for dinner which was absolutely delicious. The attention to detail at the property and surroundings was impeccable. After our lovely breakfast my daughter and I had the best massage we have ever had and I was sad that we were checking out to fly home as I felt we could have really enjoyed another night there. Amaya home was far better than we imagined and upon our return to Hanoi again without a doubt we will stay here. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel at home.
