My mum and I really liked this place. The location is perfect, the room was amazing and very clean, with coffee and a fridge. Also supper nice balcony with a lemon tree. The breakfast was very nice - great capuchino. The owner and host was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Parking on the street is free but keep in mind that the city center streets close at 19:30. Would def go back and recommend.

Alberto was an amazing host. Gracious, friendly, and helpful. There was a thoughtful range of food and drinks for breakfast and Alberto engaged with his guests throughout the meal. Our room was very comfortable, very clean, and the balcony had a great view of the ocean at Villisimius. Central location, one street above the main street. Able to walk to Villisimius Beach in about fifteen minutes.

The place is spotless clean , comfortable & perfectly located ! The host Alberto is such a great caring man, when he found out I am vegan he went to buy me oat milk for breakfast & because his hotel was fully booked for the following night he gave us a lift with his car to our next destination! Who does that , only in Sardinia❤️

Mr. Tacconi is an amazing host. Very kind and always helpful. Cannot expect anything more. You feel like you are the real guest in the house. Perfect order and shining cleanliness. Attention to detail in every matter. Great functionality of the room and bathroom. The place is in the very center of the town. Great views from the terrace. 30 min by walk to any of the beaches around. Just the right spot. This is really one of the best places we have ever stayed. 100/100!

Room was slightly too small, but that is personal preference Bed was slightly creaky

The room was good and the bathroom was fine, we also got to use a common kitchen space. Very nice view from the common balcony.

It was very hard to park the car near the place and it was hard to flush the toilet. The room wasn’t the same as the picture but it was good.

The room was really close to the sea, furthermore, you can easily access to other shops. The breakfast is complete and really taste! For those who don’t want to spend too much and have an holiday is perfect.

Alberto the Owner Host wonderful person! Great location for walking the Town. I would highly recommend this place. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices, my children loved the pancakes! Grazie

Everything went smoothly and the stay was relaxing. Alberto is very communicative and accommodating. Porto Giunco beach is amazing.
