The staff were the friendliest, most professional and welcoming people we have met. They were classy and polite. The place itself is gorgeous, with a fantastic sunset / sunrise view. The pool makes up for the beach when the tide comes in. The room itself was comfortable and luxurious and the balcony offers a fantastic view of the mountains behind.

Minor issues such as a wobbly balcony bannister that could be a health and safety risk, as well as a wobbly pool ladder. Overall it would benefit from a small upgrade but in general it is fantastic value.

The view from the hotel is stunning. There's direct access to the beach right from the hotel, but swimming isn't always convenient since the waves hit the hotel walls like they do on cliffs, often causing the beach to disappear. However, it's a great spot to watch the waves and listen to them crashing—it’s really soothing. During my stay, I did encounter two large cockroaches, so be cautious. Also, don’t open the doors after dark, as insects swarm inside instantly. The hotel looks a bit worn, likely due to its proximity to the sea—the salt has taken its toll on the property. Breakfast is simple and probably not for everyone: typical Vietnamese coffee, bread, jam, an option for fried eggs, plus some fruits and other dishes—a standard Vietnamese breakfast. The staff are polite, which is a plus. Note that there's no elevator in this three-story hotel. The mattress is thin, but surprisingly, we slept very well, lulled by the sound of the waves. For the stunning view and the sound of the ocean, I’d give it an 8 out of 10.

The staff were excellent. When we had a travel issue on the day of our departure they helped sort it out. Whilst we were there every need was attended to. They moved us to the correct room at the end of the first evening. The pool area is peaceful. The breakfast, while limited, was absolutely fine and safe and freshly cooked options like eggs to order and fresh noodle soup were good. Good value for money.

Whilst staff work hard on maintenance, the property looks in need of a refresh and has an older feel to it.

The breakfast was great, we are just expecting a simple breakfast but what we had was complete full meal 👌☺️❤️ to wit, bread, pho, juice, coffee, fruits, jam, butter, yogurt not to mention that the hotel rate is so cheap. Clean and fresh smell linen. I highly recommend this hotel to all tourists. Near this hotel is a seafood restaurant "Hong Phat", kind owner who gives us discount and free dessert.

Nothing that i would not like in this hotel. Superb service, nice and friendly staff, very accommodating. The receptionist can understand a little English, anyway, we have translation now a day.

Got moved to a nice airy room with balcony. Really nice breakfast and lively breeze by the pool.

Had booked a room with a balcony but got given one without a balcony. It was dark and a bit musty. However once I spoke to staff they changed us to room that we had booked. There were a lot of stairs to climb but that was fine for us. It would be great if there were cushions on the sun lounges by the pool.

Great location, nice pool by the sea shore, you can swim on the ocean going down the stairs of the hotel (no dry beach, but great anyway). Nice breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist is so helpful and ready to support always - thanks Phuong!

Our room had 3 windows to a wall - we had booked garden views..

AMAZING! They upgrade us with a sea view room. The bed is big and confortable and there are blue and green lights on the ceiling which comfer really cosy atmospher. Employees are so kind and do everything to help you to have the best stay. We arrived late but they found a solution for late check-in. And the location is perfect! Next to good restaurants, next to the sea. Thank you for everything!

Silent and we'll positioned. The receptionist was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help and resolve our doubts and ongoing bookings

The only down side was the shower making the bathroom difficult after it's use

Very nice and cosy place. Rooms (we had standard double) on the small side but all was good.

I wouldn’t say this hotel has a beach access. Theoretically, there are stairs down to the very narrow beach or straight to the sea depending on the tide.

Good staff, cozy clean room, tasty breakfasts, beautiful hotel territory with pool. Good location near restaurants, massages salons and beach bars. Affordable price. I’ll come back again!
