Easy check in, large secure parking area, good sized room with double bed, bathtub and efficient air-conditioning. Perfect view across Loire to the Gien town and medieval chateau (bridge to cross is 3-5mins away).

Pizzas could be better heated. New customers may be confused because there are still Sanotel hotel signs outside and in Booking.com not any comment anymore about Sanotel Hotel.

Fairly basic but good selection for breakfast. The staff were all incredibly helpful, even phoning a restaurant to reserve me a table

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and water pressure in the shower needs to be more powerful

Excellent position facing the river Loire and the town. Perfect for finding restaurants etc, just across the bridge. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Secure onsite parking. Hopefully we will return.

Great 2 star hotel, on the other side of the river from town so a bit quieter. Room was really good value. They also have secure bicycle storage on site.

Inexpensive, by the river (but with a somewhat noisy road in between), garage for cycles and a house Martin nest right by our window with chicks being fed every few minutes (quietly I’d add) and old-school bath

Friendly, helpful staff. Large clean room room with a nice view across the Loire river to the old town. Pet friendly. Good breakfast. Well located beside bridge for an easy walk across the river to town. Plenty of good restaurants, bars within easy walking distance.

We found the hotel clean and comfortable and so we came back for a second on our travels back to Paris.
